Impossible....needles are surgical steel....they bend....they dont "snap off" you would have had to bend it back and forth 20 times to get it to "snap off"
I am an RN and give 20 shots a day not counting my own and never in 10 years has this happened.

i would still like to know a more in-depth description of this incident from this guy. i think it would be quite amusing. however after asking him twice already for more info on the situation, it has become quite clear he knows he can't come up with something that would make any sense.

i'm calling on this guy because he's still failed to give more info on the situation and exactly how it happened, even after i requested it and he knows he needs it to back up his claims. he knows we're gonna call his bluff.

so one last time, lets hear exactly where the guy was injecting, the size of the needle, including length and gauge size, if he was standing/sitting, and any other information relevant to this story.

also, if i remember right, you said this happened more than once? was it to the same guy, or to more than one? you need to give more info to make this even remotely believable.

who knows? maybe this was someone telling him this story to try to keep him away from this stuff. after all, if he was gullible enough to believe this story, he sure shouldn't be taking gear!

I know it sounds like BS, I was hesitant to even post it. This was actually a long time ago and I don't remember very much, I was just reminded of it by my brother. That is why I posted it. But I think it was in the thigh.

Ask yourself why I would lie about this, when I was seeking infromation about how to avoid it? No one told me a story, I saw it with my own eyes. But perhaps it wasn't the actual needle itself that was snapped. perhaps the plastic-ending of the pump. Nevertheless, he had real problems getting it out.

And yes it happened twice. With two different persons, but the another one managed to pull it out without snapping.

the only thing i can think of is maybe these guys were messing with him, just playing games. some sick bastards that loosened the ends of the needles from the syringes and acted as if the needle was stuck, either to scare him away from doing gear or out of some sick, twisted humor. come to think of it, this is the kind of thing i'd do to someone just to freak them out...

regardless haneef, i can assure you, without question, those needles did not really get stuck in them. if you can't realize that by now after every single person on here telling you that what you claim isn't physically possible, i don't know what else to tell you except that i'll sell you new york for $5,000. i take cash, check, or credit card.
