    well a professional body builder built my diet so i dont know what more to do here i have 6 percent body fat and i eat everything in sight

    i dont always eat those foods basicall load up on carbs for breakfast and protein for breakfast then go to more protein and i eat veggies for vitamins and i dont do the protein drink BS bc i eat all natural and that shits not good for you

    do you realize how much 6500 calories is? Probably not b/c its a ton of food if you eat healthy. If you want to do this right, you need to break it down. Keep track of everything you eat and see how many calories you are getting and how many come from protein, carbs, and fat.

    you guys arent helping at all ur just telling me everything im doing wrong instead of what i should be doing... i have a slow met. too so 6500 is plenty... and actually if you eat healthy 6500 is less than if you eat bad so idk what you were talking about.... i can eat about 4 pounds of veggies for like 500 calories and oatmeal is like what 100 cals a cup and after you cook it thats 2 cups and egg whites are virtually nothing and tuna has like 80 cals per serving

    everybody is helping, its your diet were you are going wrong go to the diet forum and check out the stickies for bulking diets, you need to eat the right foods to put on weight and muscle mass

    Bro trust me, my diet was not icredible, i had something like u had, bt with a little more tuna.
    i upped my protien in every meal, eggs and oatmeal in the morning, tuna sandwhihces for morning snack, chicken and rice for lunch, almonds before workout, protien shake after workout, dinner, about 4 egg whites and 1 egg yolk before bed.
    i chnaged my diet because i posted my diet on the diet forum and i found out it wasnt good enough, u wanna get everything in check before u do AAS, im not saying dont do it just make sure everything is perfect and planned ull do alot better.
    ever since the change in my diet i have not punch and size around my waist but increased my mass by 3 kilos in 2 weeks and feel alot better in the gym.
    think about it!
