keeping gains is the most difficult.. the steroids help get u there along w/ diet. coming off & following pct & keep ur calories high will help maintain ur size, but ur strength w/ slightly fluctuate & decrease. i personally believe that u can never keep all ur size because ur bodies natural testosterone wont be able to maintain it.. so u will lose slightly.. diet is key
I'm not hiding anything. I believe the comment was stupid, and I stand by my opinion.Originally Posted by oswaldosalcedo

Eat ALOT and don't over train. Still lift heavy, just limit your sets and reps.
Oswaldosalcedo is an intelligent member and has posted great info in the past.
Anyway his statement is correct but was to broad. I'm 240lbs @ 5'11 13-15% BF and i've kept all on my AAS cycle gains (2) this tells me i'm not past my genetic limit. However i suspect when/if i reach 260+ with <10%BF the use of AAS will be NEEDED to maintain that condition.

ossie is one of the most brilliant members in this forum, his knowledge goes from endocrinology, nutrition, pharmacology, physiology, kinesiology to minimal things like needles and syringes.
simply superb, an amalgamated knowledge, that way, sometimes he make daring or broad statements but i agree with the central idea, that beyond the genetic potential is very difficult to maintain the muscle gains.
gh, mgf, igf, one of those. once you get past a certain point its pretty much impossible to keep gains off the sauce.
