help to form a cycle

i need the cycle to be safe . my weight is 76kg and what should i take another sulement with and after the cycle . thanks

look guys i know i have a blocked head ( thats my nature that is god gave me ) i red a lot in this site and i saw newbies cycle :
Cycle 1:
1 – 10 Enan 500mg/wk
1 – 12 Nolvadex 10mg ED
1 – 12 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 2 weeks after last Enan injection

note i will start with 250mg testoviron for the first 2 weeks to test my body and i will run nolvadex all the way and the pct cycle after end of the lifetime of the last injection
pct cycle :300 mg clomid 1st day down to 200 down to 100 for the 1 week
the 50 mg for the 2nd two week .
and for the deca i will not use 4 not to have titis .

so please this kind of cycle is safe ( i always said safe bcoz its only 1 life to live )

Hey dude, bit of advice: read through these forums for awhile... and get a book, like the one published by this forum's owner. You need to put some time in studying the use of Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids (AAS) before you spend any time on a cycle.
