It really doesen't matter to me wether they are real or fake or big or small, i am more of an assman, but the silicone feel much better than saline and a good doctor is SO important because i have felt some boobs that were just so hard i just could not beleive it, like rocks!!

Not really, some women have great asses without doing anything and some have ugly ones even after trying their hardest to get a nice one and some do achieve nice ones.

About the original question, I prefer natural nice looking ones

Fake with out a doubt. You cant judge a fake one becasue some some girl get a bad pair. My faincee got hers done in Europe and they are soy. They look like perfect and feel even better. Best thing they will always look like that.

haha i think that if having implants makes someone feel better - all the power too them and as abstrack has stated - i really don't see the difference between getting them and other things women do to make themselves more appealing or confident - hair, make up etc.

completely true. My fiancée is absolutely beautiful. Her pic is in the gf thread. But she is 5'10 and she was a small c. There was nothing wrong wit her boobs. But she has to wear large sized shirts to fit her frame and arm length, So she wanted boobs to fill out the shirts.
