If you are eating a bulking diet and its should be atleast 500+ cals over maint a day, you should have gained a minium of 5 lbs.
You might do a full eval of your diet, make sure you use fastday.com or some other site to track the cals.
You have no business cycling from looking at your pics..
Post your diet in the Diet forum and get to work.. nothing comes for free.
