-I am not required to have insurance of any kind although I would but its too high.
- I am a safe driver with not 1 traffic violation.
-I have completed a course and passes extremly well.
-It was her fault, determined by the cop, witness and everyone there I was going at 35mph when it happened (within legal limit) so
-I will get compensation for damage, medical bills, etc....
Just so you know...
Your not required to have insurance? this is something new to me but w.e u say bossss

It sucks but i thought to myself after that sidewalk post,,, this kid is gonna wreck that bike very soon..
BUt like warnin ya would have changed anything,... Live your life..
I had a similiar experience years ago.. Live n Learn
i heard in florida that if you want to ride with out a helmet then yes your insurance is like 10 grand a year.
I hear ya bro and I agree 100% with you, It wasnt my fault though and everyone assumed it was my fault, that was pissing me off...Funny thing I was leaving 2 secs infront of me....(SEE) and I couldnt avoid it, they just started making the left turns ouf of nowhere.I'll agree with that statement, but I dont think you understand...
Everyone in a car is out to kill you, and their much bigger than you. Yes, many times (95%) the accident is the cars fault, I know that... But 99.5% of the time, the biker ends up more hurt than the guy in the car. What does that tell you? Noone is gonna keep you safe but you..
Im sorry for ripping into you, and im glad your ok. I see this alot tho, and trust me, it doesnt matter who's at fault when your dead on the side of the road. Ive done a few funeral parades on my bikes in my day, and they are never fun. Some at fault, some not, but the end result was the same![]()

Helmet law or not, I will always ride with a helmet and still waiting on my boots, armor jacket, knee/shin guards, hard gloves, etc...
Anyone who does not ride with a helmet (atleast) on is a FVCKING MORON period
The pro racers do and theyre surronded by the best riders in the world, we ride with idiots who do not care, do not look for us and have a few thousand pounds on us...it would make sense that we should right?
I ride without a helmet.. but then again i'm a cautious driver and always aware of my surroundings.Originally Posted by IronFreakX

Glad to see your ok bro..Things happen in three's. Just be glad to know you have somebody looking out for you up there. Just take it easy and enjoy life because it's very precious.
BTW when i first saw this thread I thought it was an old bumped thread because i didn't think anything else could happen ;(
word. I'm not a fan of wearing full helmets. If I must I wear the half helmet. Helmet are optional in texas with proper paperwork. But then again, i've never ridden a crotch rocket and definately never felt the need to go faster than 80 mph.
thank god you are alive...screw another bike
Well, theyre only gonna fix it, If I sell it after that say 7K tops, what used car will I get for 7k? I paid the bike in cash (10k) and do not want ne loans because I might be joining the Military in a year or so.Originally Posted by mwolffey

and probably newer stuff as it might be a while with the Military![]()
lol funny thread
Correct me If Im wrong but state farm do not insure bikes anymore, gsxxr pays close to that, thats why I hate him![]()
Be safe out there. I'm glad you're okay. With no disrespect due though, not you or anyone can ride at 180 mph down the highway and honestly control their own safety or that of others on the road, there's way to many variables out there. I've seen some very good riders become the victim of unusual circumstance and lose a lot more than a bike or money. I hope your return to the gym is quick. Peace
True, but I was sick and tired of sticking to 45mph all the time, hell that's 1st gear!!Originally Posted by gymnutt

The feeling of being pulled back, the wind, the force, the SPEED, fvck its just intoxicating not to mention I cam across cops and none of em did anything maybe they didnt notice me or I was just going too fast.

youll get 160-165mph out of an r6, tops.. Ive ridden many, 2 different 06's today actually.. My new 1000rr barely does 181, and its pushing alot more ponies than your bike.
Saw the pics btw, she was a pretty bike. ou getting another?
yeah i got pretty tired of edit all his post in his bike pic thread, and he posted something very disturbing in the whore thread also, so it was time....
he had been doing my head in with his overdefensive crap for over a week now. id have banned him, as he offers nothing to the board anyway, just in the lounge, and even then, he just insults people and acts hard over the internet lol

susopensions come first, unless it is really bad, and he was just acting tough and fighting with everyone...but he is on a very short leash when he comes back...
Whoa! You bought your bike, and only 29 days later you were doing 181mph on a highway? What were you thinking? See what can happen when you are doing 37mph, imagine how bad it could be at 181mph.Originally Posted by IronFreakX
That is incredibly immature and stupid to do on a public road. You are putting yourself, and others in danger. If you want to go that fast, go to a track. Keep it off the streets.
I've seen way too many fellow motcyclists in accident by doing dumb stuff like that.
If you get another bike, take it to a track. Do it safely, and join the MRA.
