    I guess its ok to up the dosage but i would've just waited until your next cycle to bump it up to 30mgs. Sometimes its just a waste to do that but maybe it will work for ya who knows. The cycle im on now (which is 20/20/20/20) is working just fine but when i do my second cycle of pp it will probably look like this 20/20/30/30.

    looks like i have hit my max weight, dont look like i will gain anymore on this cycle... oh well i got to where i wanted to be nyway, just so long as i keep the weight.

    chest and triceps

    tricep push down( small v bar) 145x10/145x10/145x10
    tricep dumbell extention(over head) 90x10/90x10/90x10

    2 set of crunches

    day 25 weight 200lbs
    yep i hit my weight limit, aint gained nothing in like 8 days or so, oh well
    back and biceps
    iso rows 340x7/340x7/340x6
    lat pulldowns(wide grip) 190x10/215x7/190x9
    bentover cable rows 235x10/ 255x6/255x8
    seated dumbbell curls 45x9/45x8/45x7
    preacher curls (machine) 130x10/130x10/140x6
    shoulder shrugs 85x10/85x15/85x10

    ok guys this was the last day of back and biceps for this cycle, i will sum up the last 4 weeks tommorrow after my last chest and tricep work out. i will break down total weight gain, and then how much i improved in total weight increases by excerise..... i did go up alot in most of the excersizes, even though i dint gain the body weight i was expecting.... i did not experience any real side effects through out the cycle. but i will sum it all up after i post my last work out tommorrow. take care

    tricep dumbell extention(over head) 90x11/90x11/90x10
    2 set of dips
    2 set of crunches

    ok this was the final work out for my cycle. i didnt see any negitive sides, except my balls hurt a very little but not enough to really care. didnt have any back pumps, except for a couple times during my runs and that is pretty natural for me, with the bad back and all.
    no achne, no balding- but then i was bald before i started so i cant really remark on that, lol. i really enjoyed this cycle and would recommend it to anyone looking to put on some size and have some awesome strength increases. the one thing i will recommend, that i was unable to do is, eat like a freaking horse, but keep it clean. i know i would have gained more sizeif i coulda got better quality food. i gained a total of 8 pounds, i went from 193 to 201. not a bad gain for a shitty army diet. now lets hope i keep the gains thru the pct, i will run this logg all the way thru my pct, or should i start a new post? any recommendations........ starting pct on sunday......

    NightTrain.......Today is my last day of my cycle and i gained about 12lbs altogether. Hopefully i keep most of it during pct. I also experienced having ball pain. I just starting taking saw palmetto during my cycle and it went away. I really should've kept up with my log but i just stopped after a bit. Well anyways its been fun following your log and good luck with pct and your future cycles bro!!! Take it easy.

    thanks swift, i was actually very impressed with my gains somethings i didnt have great gains on but other things were outstanding, and of course some excercize i think i might have been sand bagging on from the beginning. but the point is the PP gave me the focus to move up and try thr heavier shit.

    monte, No Problem on the posting thing. I have just lerned so much from this site that i figured if i could post my resukts and answer onepersons questions than it was worth my time. plus i learned some more stuff while i was going thru the cycle, somethings that i can look into changing when i do my Masterdrol/ Methyl 1-D cycle in jan- feb.
