    visit the diet forum. oh and winstrol isnt a fat burner you know that right bro? if your set on using chemicals why not get some clen or do an ECA stack, much cheaper then winny and it actually will help you burn some fat.

    30-35% I am at about 22% and i am not nearly the size you are. You got alot of work ahead of you bro. dont get discouraged or dissapointed though. keep on truckin!

    Yeah man, like stated, winny isnt gonna do jack for you. your too young first off, and it appears you have alot of work/learning to do before you worry about AAS

    Be careful of what kinds of fruits you eat because fruits are very high in sugar and may not be wise if you are trying to lose weight.

    Yeah, I avoid all fruits and juices. Milk too for that matter.
