Last night I went out for My best friends Birthday to the casino. So we were in the VIP and I wa sdancing around and accidently bumped into this asian girl. I turned to her and said I'm sorry but the dancefloor is really packed. About 30 seconds later I turn around and BAM a ****ing bottle across my face. I have a broken nose and around 100 sticthes in my face. I really don't recall much except for bleeding profusley all over my friends and I actually thought I was going to bleed out at one point.

I just wanted to let everyone know why I won't be here for a little bit. I have to go see the Plastic Surgeon tommorrow so wish me luck. They caught the kid bfore my friends could give him a beating and he admitted to smashing a full beer bottle over my face because I bumped into his cousin.

that can be presented as aggrivated assult with a deadly... sorry dude... I will tell you I have had plastic surgery twice... I've had a pipe to the head a flash light to the side of my noggin and broken bottle to the face (crevis of my nose- went right into my upper gums, sucked) but here is the bright side, I've had my nose broken five times and two from fighting the other three were sport related... the Docs can make you look better than you were so dont worry bro...
Be sure so press charges but becare if it was an asian gang... A freind of a friend was shot in tha head at IHOP 14yrs ago for retaliation.... K

Thats some real shit man. I got a beer bottle broken across my face about 5 years ago. I got off much easier though, broken nose and only about a dozen stiches. I was wearing glasses at the time and that helped. Most girls kinda dig the scars though.

As far as the bar's liability; generally, (at least in the US), the bar would only be liable if they were found to be negligent. For example, if the guy that hit you had been kicked out of the bar before for fighting/assault or if the guy that hit you was drunk the the bartenders should have refused to serve him. You should probably speak with a good personal injury attorney to see what the specific laws are where you live (in the US, they vary from state to state). Even if you don't have a great case against the bar, they may be willing to settle to avoid a long lawsuit. Good luck and I hope you heal up quick.

I actually spoke with the best lawyer around here and he is taking my case and he assured me I will be compinsated and everything will be ok.

Maximus thanks for the concern and heads up..If those kids came anywhere near this area they would be dealt with on site. This town and my neighboorhood are very protective of eachother (You ever see A Bronx Tale) so I am really not worried about retaliation. As a matter of fact some very important people in this area were here assuring me that he will be dealt with in time.
