    I was just bumping this thread because the Supplement chart would be a wonderful Idea and great for Newbies or anyone to look at and go back on to freshin up on there supplements.

    Understandable to have rules.

    I think a supplement chart would be a good idea, but there may be legal issues similar to those that crop up with the steroid profile charts:

    It is all well and fine to talk about the possible effects of steroids, but once you begin recommending dosages then you've crossed the line into "prescribing" drugs.

    Sites like this can't be used to discuss "recreational" drugs for similar legal reasons, I'd suppose. The Feds could use common discussions of recreational drugs on A.R. to get a search warant to hack posters' e-mails, PM's, phone records, etc. Same thing with "prescribing" without a license.

    Rember, in the end they got Al Capone on nothing bigger than tax-dodging.

    Every 5 years there is a new wave of hyped up supplement products though, how do we seperate the brilliance from the bullshit?

    A steroid chart is effective because we KNOW they work and they've been around a long time.

    How can one really judge how well Nitric Oxide vs Andro will work, all that shit is garbage anyway compared to juice..

    Just my 2c's.
