Thread: Who has a Ipod?

  1. #41
i had the original 40gig, then i had the smaller 20 gig then i had the shuffle.

IMO ipod shuffle is the best of them all. its the size of a packet of chewing gum and is 1gig. good workout.

my family has had like 2-4 each aswell.. ipod shares up 1% from my family alone

I really love the new Ipod shuffle coming out. It's a wicked small size, and the aligator clip would be so great for the gym. Just clip it on, and away I go!

It's out already and it holds 1GB (240 songs). The other iPod hold alot more songs but for $79 I think it's a good buy.

It's definately a good price, and I love the small size, and light weight. My birthday is coming up, and I hope someone buys it for me.

My fiance won't, but maybe my parents?

The only problem is that they removed the usb stick on it, and you have to use the craddle to charge it.

I know a lot of people who used the shuffle to transport files. It's not as convenient if you have to carry the cradle to do it.

I'm impressed! I hadn't seen the new nano!

And of course it's all ram and no mini HD in it, less moving parts is always good.

I'll have to look into it if my Mini 6gb ever croaks. I use it a lot to listen to audio-books (I usually reserve 2gb's to audio books), real practical when on the threadmill or driving long distances in my car.

For some reason I always pictured you listening to a record player or gramaphone instead an Ipod or mp3......

I got a 4GB Nano which I use for all my personal audio files as well as university audio files. It really beats having to keep a bunch of stupid English CDs in my office, plus it makes the train commute bearable.

This is the first I've ever heard of such a problem. Did you drop it or put any unauthorized files on it? P2P file sharing programs are rife with files designed to put your iPod out of commission. You should wipe it and use the updater function to try and fix it.
