    It depends on what bit rate you digitize your music. I've seen some pretty high end setups with iPods incorporated into their audio system.

    **** all you guys i the only 2 people who didnt forget about me last year on my birthday and christmas was my use to gf but we were broken up at the time and me my old man he got me a ipod that i didnt know fell out of my pocket when i was doing dumbbell press and when i brought the weight down it was a pile of dust and my girl got me a hoody that got stolen when i was by a drug dealer

    i recently broke mine

    Stupid me i did not fell like using my armband this one day at the gym and had it in my pocket. While i was knocking out dumbelll press i rested the heavy ass db's on my knee's before lift off and crushed my i pod

    After you've been working out w/ music it sucks to go back w/ out

    Can you beleive this year for FL sports!!!! man it's been tough for me with football and then i;m all pumped up about b-ball go to the game and we get demolished. On ring ceremony night!
