I'm 5'5". I got my growth spurt the summer between Jr High and High School. I went from 4'8" @ 48lbs to 5'4" @63lbs. The rest of the males in my family are between 5'11" and 7'2". My older brother was 5'11" @ 180lbs when he was 11 years old. He's now 6'3" @ 230lbs. I always wanted to be bigger. I'd kill to be 6 ft tall.

Rybee - I have the same issue - just over 6'3" and its tough to gain weight... and if I were 5'11", be easier to get good clothes...

Hey Mammoth, go to Friedman's shoes in Downtown Atl. That's where I used to go for my shoes when I lived there. I still order from them online. I think it's www.friedmansshoes.com or something like that. That's where all the professional ball players go when they go to Atl.

I have gotten shoes from them before but It's been years. Thanks for the link! I usually get my shoes from www.bigfootwear.com now. Good prices and excellent selection.

Wish I was taller, would have had a better chance at football and sports...my son (6) is (as per the dr) going to be 6-4 to 6-8 my dad who's 5-5 loves that and tells me to start beating his ass now because when he's in High school he'll be kicking mine!

Being tall sucks bad when it comes to lifting. The physics involved makes it very difficult sometimes. I wish I was 5'8". I would be a huge mofo by now!
