decline helps the ego

I love decline... for me its THE lower chest excersise. I get a good seperation line on the lower portion that I just cant get with weighted dips.
i love decline bench, ever since i started them again 2 weeks ago, my chest gets such a better pump and feels so much tighter. plus, its my strongest chest exercise so that helps the ego!
I do decline every third week just for something different. Change is a good thing.

I do decline, only at the end of my workout and I do a few burnouts to try to get a really good pump in the lower pec
