me too.. depends what time i take pics. shamefully most of my pics have been straight after a workout. but thats on day or 2 after working out. so they are prolly smaller then usual there. after lunch too so im prolly a lil fatter looking. but overal. i like my arms /shoulders my upper back/traps are great. my stomach is how i like it, my chest + lowerback/ waist needs improving. and my legs are solid but could improveOriginally Posted by cfiler

Decent base bro. Last year when I started college I had pretty much the same muscle mass just an extra 10 pounds of fat =/ height is 5'10 1/2. One year later, a bulk diet and cutter later with gyri's full of bodybuilding knowledge Im at 205 less bf% and probally 50%-75% more lifting gains gfrom when I started. Things ive realzed that matter most is alchol, diet, rest and most of all ego-lifting. I bring up eg0-lifting because I hope you dont have the personality of most other people our age who "hit the gym" and think they can conquer any person in a battle and must walk around with a never ending tough guy look. Just focus on those points man and lift for you and I guarentee youll reap the benefits in a year. But hey I did all that with low test =), since I got better I started to notice my body changing alot more.
So to you, good luck with your lifting, stay focused and make sure you have priorities straight because lifting at our age can tend to stray us away from the things that really matter most, school, family and close friends.

im doing my thing, getting results feeling good and thats the main thing as far as i am concearnd, nothing i have is great. but i beleive if you got it flaunt it. so i enjoy being reasonably fit and healthy.

dont worry mate, glad to see u notice these kids that need to get there head checked, i been lifting way before it became "cool" and everyone wanted to get jacked. i have no friends who workout or are interested in weights, i train alone and for myself. u know what the gym does make me confident and i am hard headed, but being stronger dosnt get to me, dont start trouble and rarely in trouble which is good.
07 is my year and keep in tuned for my olympia 2017 im headed there!
umm so here are the wheels, they are not really impressive. but im working on them and im glad that they are not lacking compared to my upper body. alot of people look out of propportion. hope i looking pretty even. even tho my legs have had 6 months off

i agree with you that legs seem to be in proportion to your upper half. you seem to be storing some fat there (or is it a relaxed pose?) but they appear generally on track with the rest of your development. looking at the side pose actually, i'd say ur hams could use some more attention in comparison to your quads.

but to be perfectly honest. i been working my legs for one month. and rest of the year i did them once a month cause i was lazy. but glad they are still in proportion. and i feel like i have the capability to have big legs if i work them hard. gotta love the squats.
also i got that new program from the gym, its in french. but has pictures of the exercise. so i gotta translate the names and post my workout. 4 day split they gave me.
