    I did that same show and Uconish looked like crap J/k he did great and I was so proud of him. His hard work and determanation paid off. Althought I placed 1st in light weight novice and 1st in Bantam weight open. He looked great and should have place top 4 for sure maybe even top 3.

    Conn, I think you needed to start to diet a little bit farther out, or the diet wasnt exactly right, because as I suspected you weren't quite as shredded as some of the competitors...However you looked great, and despite that, you got jobbed in teh placings as I see it...

    Ditto Spound.. I love carbs, gotta watch myself or I can consume 500-600/day easily.

    Try and keep it around 350.

    How about your Uconish, hows the diet looking the first week after the show? Should notice your stomach/bloat begin to adapt within a week or two.

    The day of the show i shit loaded in the morning, then i ate chicken and sweet potatoes and some candy throughout the day......after the show, honestly, i was sooooooo fatigued(sp?), show didnt let out till like 11pm, and upset about my placing that all i had was a large bottle of pedialite and i fell asleep.....Kinda feel bad because of buddy of mine through an after show party at the bar i i didnt even go. SInce then, i really havent gone crazy on on the junk. The day after i ate some home made chocolate chip cookies and some chips, but everything else was regular bodybuilding foods. ACtually, the junk made my stomach ACHE, real bad. I like the way i look right now, and my number one goal this offseason is to keep my body fat lower than last time. Im guessing when i started my prep my weight was near 220 at probably like 16%bf, thats WAY TOO HIGH. I increased the amount of food per meal, and its kinda hard to get down because my stomach fills up quickly, because it shrunk during the prep. What im really having a problem with is the amount of times i have to go to the bathroom a day. It seems like everytime i eat something, i gotta run to the bathroom in like thirty minutes. Whats up with that?

    Big Congrats to my boys Uconish and Gethuge24........u both looked great and Uconish ya should have placed much higher. Top 3 in both classes if ya asked me. And to GH24 u looked ****in shredded and had great size!! And you better cause I pushed your ass spotting you all the time!! HAHA!! Well we all know that XS Elston is the home of the big boys.
