Suggestion for cooking in dorm room/office, etc.

I have a small rice cooker with a steamer on top.
Water and brown rice in the bottom, chicken or steak on top. 20 min later you have a fresh cooked healthy meal.
Sometimes I toss brocoli or new potatoes on top also.

I have one in my office and use it to fill in between breakfast and lunch and then another one mid-afternoon.

BTW, I also have a Food Saver to vacuum pack foods. I buy meat in large quantities and get it all out and cut it up in to strips or something. I then weight it and package it and seal them as individual servings. Once they are frozen they last for years. All it takes is a little warm water and it is ready to squeeze into a rice cooker or skillet.

NOTE: my rice cooker was $15 at target and has teflon coating. definitely you want the coating.
FWIW, this is what I do.

Like everyone says, all you need is a microwave, and a George Foreman. You could get a slow cooker too. That's all I had in the Marines for 5 and a half years. And I still was able to get all my meals in. It's not hard, just be creative.

I just have a question regarding the initial thread topic. Why say no to Eaglized2's cycle? It seems that some think he is "lazy" and don't know whether to "laugh or puke", but I don't think that has answered his question. Then we went on to diet and eating properly, but again, no real answer.
So again why say no? Is it because his body isn't properly condition? Because he has'nt put in 2-3 years naturally?
I am in a similar position and was also considering some "help", obviously I am still and will most likely be doing my research for some time, thx.

Doing a cycle for him would be a waste of money. He could achieve what he would with a cycle naturally.

i know more than others that not everyone has good genetics, but you honestly dont look like you train or eat properly with or without good genes.

gear is not your answer, training properly prob wont make you look like ronnie coleman but you will look like your in good enough shape for people to comment about it.

    just try and be patient

for one, he is nowhere near ready cuz he looks like he hasn't ever lifted. this guy would need to get somewhere around 14% body fat and at least close to 200lbs at that BF% before he's ready for AS. also he's only 19 years old and has plenty of natural test.

Doesnt tuna have a high mercury count ?
Thanks for the insight regarding my earlier question. BTW regarding the tuna, I know that it does have high levels of mercury when compared to anything else you would ingest. Here's a quote I found from the website listed below. "Mercury prevents the conversion of T4 thyroid hormone to T3 which causes low energy, "brain fog", depression, and numerous symptoms that are known to be associated with low T3".... quoted from, http://mercurytalk.com/wiki/index.ph...ry_Does_To_You .After reading this you might not want to eat too much seafood, lol.

I see no reason to flame the guy, just let him know what's up.

Get your diet together, train hard natty for a while and when learn how to train and eat (displayed by your results) go ahead with your first cycle.

I agree, it seemed like every post someone was calling him lazy or that he was making bs excuses which is totally fine to say but after one person says it I hate it when another member says the same thing the other member before him did just in different wording (sigh).

I do sympathize with you a little. But you can control your diet without to much problem. I lived 45 min from school and typically between going to work and school and home would drive well over a 100 miles a day. So bringing food with me really wasnt an option. What helped me was going to deli's and salad places that are big into the health food stuff. It gets kinda expensive but if your on the go its really your only choice during the day.

Do your diet and cardio, train for a year or two. After that you are ready to do a cycle. Good luck.

    Peace

Well its maybe possible your fat stores really favor those love handles area but where did you get the BF measured at?

Usually love handles disappear at about 15% and they are ever present on you so I say you are about 16% or else being in soccer you have over developed legs and underdeveloped torso, meaning fat percentage is lower then usual in legs and higher then usual in torso. I am at 9.3% and look night and day different from you. On me 4 pack is clearly visible relaxed, 6 pack appears with tuck-in and tommy flexing.

One thing I see is for one, leave the steroids alone, you have the body that a LOT of definition would develop quickly if you only begin a good weight training program. When you havent been training much, starting out a good training program brings "steroid like" results, only thing doing a cycle would do is make the gains easily lost when you exit the program. Leave the steroids alone and most of your gains will be rapid, heavy and keepable.

Food should be your best friend. Eating more and eating right is just as important as training

    Lift weights, and eat better.

Doing a cycle would be a complete waste of time.

Do NOT cycle. you are no where near ready. The second diet does look better. also stop lying to people on the forum about your training experience. there is NO WAY you have been training for 2.5 years. mabye some sports training here and there, but no lifting. and if you have been lifting, your a once a month lifter, or once every 2 months lifter. Your body looks in no way thats its been "trained" ever. It doesnt even look like you excerise that much. not trying to flame your bro, but u need to seriously look at those pictures again and then tell me you have been lifting for 2.5 years, there NO WAY. steroids dont make you big bro. diet, dedication and structure get your big.

Get started lifting a little first- and for you-first means like 5 years...then consider taking anabolics.
