All protein has BCAA's in it bro, it's just a matter of what concentration it is at.

i say trueprotein.com they have really high quality, all custom made...the only problem is shipping kills u. so u can say it's more expensive, but for what you get it's worth it.

They are all very close, some offer ingredients that others dont, but taste is a big factor for me. Find one that taste great to you. Muscle Milk is the most popular on the market right now, but too rich in taste for me.

ill have to say, its on with the ON....great to take all day....i didnt think it had the caesins though....ive been taking the Micell Edge extended release caesin blend at night.....i loved the muscle milk as far as casein blends go BUT....as a lifetime skinny guy, muscle milk was the first thing i ever ingested that made me FATTTTTTTT....had to let it go...plus overpriced.......although they do have a muscle milk LIGHT on the market.......i tried the Choc Milk, cuz that was my fav orginal flavor, and the taste is the same....ADDICTIVE....but still too damn expensive for me....
