    yeah thanks for the info, I will keep working out no matter what happends just because it makes me feel good not only physically but mentally also, and this is what keeps me going the feeling of self satisfaction of doing something productive and healthy(maybe not the juice part =P) I am from New England tri state area =]. Today i hit my shoulders real good, when i was walking out it felt like somebody broke em lol

    my legs are 1 of my weakest parts and i am hitting them harder than ever before lately just because I know how big they can get

    last night started week 4 of my cycle. did the 500mg deca shot mixed with 250 mg test-e ..im starting to feel the power in my workouts and the test is DEFF kicking in =]...cant wait to see what happends by the end of the cycle, im shooting around 215lb

    stay positive, i don't approve of the juice, but you have already gone down that path so realize the mental and physical blocks you will hit, and probably soon..

    i worked out hard for a few years natural. i came to a plateau for a little while and ran a cycle and broke the weight i was trying to hit. im not on gear right now and my weight has been moving well again. people act like YOU'VE DOOMED YOURSELF AFTER THAT FIRST CYCLE. at the local powerhouse gym that i am a member of kids are 16 and talking about juice.. those are the problems. they just aren't members of this board, too bad right? good luck with your cycle man, get the most out of it you can. all respect to everyone in this thread, im not trying to be a smart ass.

    nice post but this dude has 1 year in the gym and 2 cycles down. why not actually put effort into building your car before putting turbo in it?

    timtim i feel like i didnt rush anything i worked out before when i was 14 and 15 plus when i was young i was doing acrobatics with daily work outs, by age 11 i had a blown 6 pack. and i work very hard in the gym day to day there is nothing easy about what I am doing. this cycle is just getting me to the point i want to be faster and once im there i just wanna perfect it. why does it seem like alot of people are flaming me for cycling just because i put in 1year (seriously) i did work out before i just didnt count it because i didnt have the knowledge i have now. maybe the people that are saying this stuff are saying it because they didnt have the knowledge or apportunity to cycle at the time that I did? hmm interesting thought

    there's nothing interesting about that thought. you really shouldnt be cycling period and that is why your getting "flamed". your physique is nothing that warrants aas. sorry, my opinion. and 18 years in the gym tells me that. i got a 19 year old i've been training since he was in 6th grade and he's 245 right now naturally at 5'10" with diet alone. we began when he was 150ish. tons of gains can be made if you pay your dues. you didnt and in my opinion it shows - rationalize this anyway you want, you want a short cut and the results are obvious. aas are not magic and they dont make muscle mature and age, only dedication does.

    believe me, you are nowhere near as informed and in the know about what your doing as you think you are. even with a cycle and the start of this one there is nothing there that shows me much. not a flame, just honesty. if you look in the mirror and feel watery, smooth, high bf physiques are the shit then more power to ya. anybody can be big and sloppy. if you really think you need 2 cycles a year just to look moderately like you may workout then go for it. im not going to sheepishly complement something i think is ridiculous. i would have never imagined you had cycled by the looks of things.

    ok timtim if you are around to see my pix of what happends in a few years with my physique i bet you will be saying different words IMHO, the pix look like im soft but to the touch the muscles are hard and not watery.

    well since you quoted me without fallowing one part of this thread... the whole point is he started it with only one year.. your first year gains come back to back to back... then with juice they jump big time.. but any real lifter will admit after one year and two cycles, you will hit a wall.... no its not a wall you can't get thro, but it is a wall you have to be mentally ready for... and up to this point i doubt he has faced a real plateau...

    if anything i am being supportive of him, just giving him realistic advice..

    i'm 24 and been working out since i was 16.. i bench more than twice my body wieght and unequiped and natural... so tho i don't know about cycles, i do know about the problems in a gym and the ones he will face being a new guy in the gym and starting juice at a young young age and young in his lifting career...

    I SUPPORT ANYBODY THAT WALKS INTO A GYM AND WORKS OUT NOMATTER WHAT... JUST BE ABLE TO TAKE ADVICE AND ASK FOR HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT.. IF YOU HAVE BEEN DOING IT 1 YEAR OR 20 YEARS

    Thanks for all the comments and suggestions guys, today is the start of my 5th week and the strength is coming along good, i also started 50mg of winny ED as of today orally, will be ran until week 11..when do you guys think I will see anything from it like bigger pumps or whatever comes with taking winny, with in the 1st couple of days? Today i weighed at 200lb so i am up 5 lb already. The strength and endurance is good, im getting more compliments about my mass at the gym =] damn i love the way grls just stare at me its so funny

    do you guys think it would be a bad idea to extend my cycle to 16 weeks of test instead of 12 and after the 10 week deca, start running tren-a 50mg ED for 6 weeks till the end of the cycle? please comment, nvm forget this it will be way too much gear for a second cycle im just curious what you guys would say but anyways...i just got some b12 injectable, im thinking about saving it for PCT or do you guys suggest i run it now during cycle AND pct?
