Take? what as in cycle? Worry about food first then cycle. dont run before you can walk. I dont think you should run AS until your diet is good for a year or so. But whatever....

ok will do. Beast, whats the main reasons you think someone should be on a strict diet for a whole year before using AS?????? I am very dedicated to this sport and can easily achieve this, but I would just like to know the highlights of this theory.
because diet is the key to everything in terms of muscle growth. AS with a shit diet = no results. If your diet has not been 100% for a long period of time then you have not made all the gains you can natrually yet. With a good diet you will make huge improvements. Then when you have reached a plateau in gains/fat loss it might be time to add compounds. AS are the icing on the cake, but there must be a cake there to ice in the first place.
