Took a couple more pics today. I think I'm finally starting to look lean.
Man I can't get enough of this pose. I find that this shows off the muscularity more than any other.

I'm 5'5" and around 160 pounds. My waist is just under 30" and my arms tape at 16 1/2".
I have no idea of what my body fat is, I do know that it's way too high. I swear that I only seem to lose fat from around my organs and not from under my skin.
As for diet I'm currently doing the Body Opus diet (a CKD). That is no carbs from monday to Saturday night. I was starting my carb up on Friday afternoon but I found that by Sunday I had taken in way too many carbs and looked smooth.
I'm not sure how many calories I take in during the week but I would guess it to be around 1500 to 2000. When I carb up it's closer to 4000 for the day.
What I think has helped me retain muscle, and actually put some one while dieting is all the flax seed oil that I take in. I was taking in 9 table spoons a day but I've since cut that back to 3 ... sometimes 6 depending on how I feel. I also try to eat at least 4 whole eggs a day ... well I've cut that back to 2 now.
I'm also taking 50 mg of Wintrol EOD and about 40 mg of Tren EOD. I also added in some cytomel last week. I'm taking 50 mcg a day. I think that any more than that and I'll end up looking like I've got wasting syndrome.
That's it in a nut shell. I plan on getting down to 150 pounds in the next 2 and a half weeks. Hopefully I can keep my strength.

Most likely. If I'm in good enough condition then by all means I'm going to go for it.
It's debatable right now if I can make it that far. I've been a zombie on my diet and I'm not exactly thrilled by it.
