ok so i decided today that im going to cut this short a week which means i start PCT tmr
i got sick yesterday just a little cold so i thought that i would rest up come off a bit earily and do 2-3 weeks pct and hop back on again.
also i dont feel completely shutdown yet so i figured i would be able to run pct for a little less time before i was back to normal.
my lifts as of today are:
bench:dont know havent trained it this week but last week i was hittin 225 up for 10-12 reps
dead: 315 8-10
shoulder press: 75 8 reps
rows: 225 15reps
squat: 295 8 reps biggest jump was super stoked
