    Tuesday Mar. 6: Back, Tris, Abs


    Back:

    BB Rows:
    135 x15
    185 x8

    Dropset

    (Weird pain in back of my shoulder after 2nd set didnt want to increase weight)

    Lat-Pull Downs
    140 x12
    160 x8
    170 x6
    170 x6

    Pull Ups:
    9-6-4-3-3

    Lower Back extensions superset with DB shrugs:

    Lower Back Extensions: (25lb plate behind the head)
    12-12-12-10-6 (Bad back pump on last set)

    DB Shrugs:
    100 lbs 15-15-15-15-15

    This was obviously too light but they dont have db's higher then 100 at my gym and it was packed so i couldnt use bb's with out taking a 5-10 min break in my workout which i didnt want to do


    Triceps

    Close-Grip Bench

    225 x3<-----very light help on last rep
    Dropset

    Skull Crushers

    Ok workout today i guess...I go to a little university gym and it was PACKED today so i couldnt do deads or BB shrugs, so i think i'm going to save hams for like thurs. when i do shoulders.

    Superset Front raises/Lateral Raises
    8-12 reps/set @4 sets

    Arnold Presses:
    40lb x10
    50 x8
    60 x8
    70 x5 help on last
    Dropset
    35 x8 <-----this felt just as heavy as the 70's

    Hamstrings:
    Hamstring Curls: 8 sets 8-15 reps/set


    Side Effects as of yet:

    The first week i was on i was feeling somewhat lethargic and going to bed a good 2 hours earlier then usual. The past few days I have had plenty of energy and even mild insomnia at night

    Sex drive has been not been affected at all if anything its increased

    Headaches have subsided

    You didnt miss 'em i just haven't put any up yet. I have some from before but they kinda suck cause they were taken from a cell phone, but i'll try and get some good ones for after the cycles over. I'll probaly just put 'em up at the end of the cycle.

    I started at around 215 ish i believe. Today i weighed about 219.5. Bodyfat has seemed to go down some as well. Right now my weight/lifts should probly be a little bit higher but i've been crammed with school work this week so i haven't been eating and getting as much sleep as i would like to.

    Anyways....thx for following guys

    You didnt miss 'em i just haven't put any up yet. I have some from before but they kinda suck cause they were taken from a cell phone, but i'll try and get some good ones for after the cycles over. I'll probaly just put 'em up at the end of the cycle.

    chest was my fav days, besides arms. my arsm got massive on SD it was pretty insane. also leg days are pretty sweet as well. i must be kidding myself everyday in the gym is a good day. exept cardio hahaha

    anyway why not trying to BB shrugs? u dont need to do db shrugs. u can do behind the back shrugs with the barbell. i shurg like 300+ on the bar. it gives ur traps some crazy pumps.

    or you can be like #12 and shrug like 500+ pounds. fvcking physco lol

    I usually do BB shrugs but like i said my gym is small and the only place to do BB shrugs is in the squat rack which i just couldnt get into with out like a 10 min wait so i said f*ck it and did the db's.

    But yea 12 is a f*ckin nut with his shrugs, i think my arms would pop out of the sockets if i tried to shrug that sh*t.

    haha thanks bro. just build up to it. i feel that shrugging heavy with no belt has helped me to get my entire body stronger esp. my erectors and my entire back.

    Nice lifts dude...hope u drop that BF% as it becomes hard mentally when ur putting on the weight.

    Question for K.Biz, when you got ur gyno was it during the cycle or afterwards...did you notice ur nips getting tender during or only after?

    I know its a lot of pressing movements but i've found that around 14-15 sets of some type of press works well for me when i'm on. When i go off i'll probly drop the sets to like 10 or something. I'm really just going by the feel of my body.

    Sunday March 11: Quads and Calves

    Squats:
    135 x15
    185 x12
    225 x12
    275 x10
    315 x6
    365 x2
    Dropset
    225 x8


    Leg Press:
    (Used one leg at a time today cause i didnt feel like dragging around a bunch of plates)
    180 x12
    230 x10
    270 x6
    270 x8 ?

    8 sets of various calf exercises

    Leg extensions
    4 sets @50lbs 15reps/set


    Today marks the end of week two:
    Squats are up 65+ lbs

    Military Press is up probly bout 20lbs

    Don't feel comfy putting a number on how much my bench is up cause i couldnt do flat bench this week due to shoulder pain but its def up

    I have back tomorrow so i'll update my progress then


    So far i'm def happy with the gain in strength

    my gyno was after my cycle. started showing about 2 weeks into my PCT. As far as the tender nipple thing. i never even noticed it when i had the gyno. i was checking out my chest one day, and i was like i shoudl check my nips and i touched them and then they were sensative and had a lil bump. it never got to anything visual, but i coudl feel it so thats why i ran the letro.

    hell yeah bro, keeping pumping that iron. ur leg days are pretty awsome. i swear i never beat the shit out of my legs as hard as some of the people on this board including you. so props. leg extensions were by far far my fav workout, i felt the most burning from..

    anyway do ur thing man!

    Leg day has also become one of my favorite days as well, probly b/c they're getting significantly stronger then all my other mucle groups
