The one by me that i checked out doesnt even have barbellls just smith machines. The biggest joke is when I went there it was "pizza night" for the member where they had pizza lined up for all members. The tootsie rolls by the counter is histerical too.

That's funny ... one time I saw some chick get off a treadmill, walk over to the front desk, grab 2 HANDFULS of Tootsie Rolls and went in the tanning room ... I actually said what the fuk out loud

why would there be any reason to drop 65 lb dumbbells?????

I've noticed a lot more people dropping lighter dumbells. It's never the guy doing dumbell presses with 120s, it's the kid doing shrugs with 65s that sees the need to drop them

After going to this shitty gym for a week I made friends with the front desk girl and had control of the lunk alarm tonight, I rang that sucker 10 times, everytime my boy would go do a set I would ring that damn thing and hold the button down.

I've also been approached by several people asking me if I can hook them up with steroids. I tell em the truth, I'm not on any steroids! Now 6 weeks ago that would have been lying, today it's honesty

my gym is owned by a competeing heavyweight,and its like his own private gym,everypiece of equipment you want,and real heavy weights,propper hardcore,no women and no teens.

theres no real ban on them,i think they just get a little intimidated by all the grunting.lol

sometimes its that loud i can hardly hear myself shouting.lol

i never drop dumbells....only time i think i even set 'em down hard is after sets with the 150 on over tricep ext...
