serious bro i think you need more food!! forget about that many shakes everyday your wasting your time. i only have max 2 shakes a day one in the morning and one pwo i eat another 5-6 meals during the day of real food, chicken, meat tuna. maybe work on the diet a little and then think about your next cycle.

OK i read your first post again, and I still think that if you get your DIET and knowledge together this post here is still what you should look into for a second cycle.
The Test will help give you size, and the winny will help give you definition at the end IF and ONLY IF your diet gets your BF down under 10%
Keep in mind you can't really have BOTH mass, and cutting in the same cycle ...its very hard to do so most people do bulking cycles, or cutting cycles, but here is the post so you don't have to dig for it
