What's good for downloading music?

The best way of getting stuff online hands down is newsgroups...... its the fastest (min between 500 to 700kbps on a normally cable connection), most secure (I have 128 bit encryption) and you don't need to share. Dedicated servers man, everything else mentioned does not even come close.

i use utorrent for downloading albums at a time (www.torrentspy.com). limewire for individual mp3's

i use limewire for indiv songs, buti ususally just go w/ the album on bittorrent... but make sure u have good virus protection and firwall and what not.... never had any problems... but i burn to disc then delete for movies and such...

get utorrent and download bearshare pro its no adware, and quicker than reg bearshare.... I use Utorrent for movies, games operating systems and applications and bearshare for music... but thats just me

or check out alltunes.com . I used that site/program to buy music before. Plus you can get them in all types of formats and whatnot.
