    Hey Everybody! Comming along nicely with a few more personal best lifts today. Anavar is great $hit, it just takes a while to kick in and a longer cycle is warranted. Near the end of week 5 and going 8wks.

    I'm thrilled with progress so far. I was a lil impatient at first but I just keep puttin in the effort and it's really paying off. Some days , like today for instance, I really didn't feel like hittin the gym, but I just take it real slow at first and before I know it I'm passing my previous record. I don't know how that happens!

    Thanks bro. Finnally back online after cable probs. Did one leg w/o Sunday and am still recuperating. This $hit don't come easy for me ya know!

    Holding steady at 70mg a day.

    Missed you guys. I was so bored not being able to get online! 2 more weeks to go then pct. Don't even feel shut down in the least! But I know I still should do a pct, however light it will be.

    Today I worked Arms and had 2 more personal best lifts. I have been feeling more lethargic as the days go by. I read others feel that from the var when they up the dose. Today I only took my morning 40mg dose. My arms are still really pumped up though.

    Blasted arms today with 30 sets. Felt like shit when I got to the gym and almost turned around to walk back home! But I hung in there and took it real slow and easy with long breaks and now i feel great. I just don't understand how that happens, lol.

    Taking next few days off. Need rest! Back Mon or Teus. I always try to lift as intense as possible, after a while it catches up with me and just can't go any more. Today I dis something different and concentrated on contraction movements with less weight. I think I'm gonna incorporate this into my training regieme now and then. Mind on muscle.

    Keep up the great work, I've enjoyed reading this thread. I am considering doing var, winny, and clen. My goals are similar to yours, lower body fat, increase strength, while not really concerned too much about gaining mass. looking forward to the updated pics!

    Today i tried something alittle bit different that I learned from reading Dangers log! Yeah I usually lift as intense as I can everytime, but I seem to always reach these pleateus were i don't grow, so I did contraction movements with lighter weight and really concentrated on isolating the working muscle.

    As i near the end of this cycle I'm gonna try this for a while and see how it goes.

    I deff have to push a bit harder since I upped dose. A little lithargic I think.

    Soon I'll be done and it's pct time. I really feel I don't need it cause I don't feel shut down! But I will do a lite one just because I'm supposed too.

    End of Cycle

    Hey ppl. Well it's been a great 2 months and that went fast! Doing this log really improved my workouts alot. I planned them alot better and logging it all gave me great motivation to improve myself.

    Start pct tomorrow. 20 Nolva x 2 weeks. Will continue Niacin and Milkthistle for another month. I may get my cholesterol checked at that time.

    My workouts will be brought down a notch, concentration movements and lighter weight for a while just to change it up a bit.

    I look a lot leaner than when I started this program, and it's all diet. Cutting is what I wanted to achieve and that I have done. I weigh exactly the same as when I started this cycle 2 mo. ago, but my waist is much slimmer, and I'm more muscular.

    Weght: 187 Waist: 35"

    That last half an inch of belly fat was a real bitch ppl! I'm more convinced than ever of diets role in all of this.

    Still working on getting pix up. Hopefully soon. Thanks to all who gave imput and all you who viewed my thread! I'll be back with more later.

    Thanks alot bros!!! I'm still working on getting pix up. Can't locate a camera and can't afford one yet!. I finished pct today. Still have my trim waistline of 35"! That makes me the happiest. Deff look more muscular. Routine at gym is toned down a bit, no big deal. I cut good off anavar. Sometime in Nov-Dec I'll be starting my first "real" cycle (500mg Test wk). So I can bloat if that is what will happen, and it won't get too out of hand.



    So untill then i'll just be holding my weight at 187, and gradually building up my routine at the gym naturally, keeping my joints and muscles primed for real growth. i will be logging everything.

    Good work. Looks like you had good success. I agree that keeping a log like this really helps keep you on track. Now start kicking that diet into high gear and I bet you can continue to get good gains naturally for a bit.

    Thanks bros. Next cycle will be what everyone is recommending these days. 500mg test/week x 12wk. Also last 6 wks 50mg winny/day!

    Hey Dragon, Yeah I figured that out! I eventually settled on 80mg and took it to 8wks! The compound works and very min shutdown. Won't use it again solo though as it's just too mild for my money!
