BF I'm not sure on. I don't measure it just go on the mirror. Last time I measured I was leaner than this and it said 16%. I'd guess at 10, but I dunno. I'm on d'bol in these pics so carrying water. Also eating just under 5000cals/day.
V508, there's gear involved, but a decent diet is 80% of it. As to training, concentrate on the compounds and large muscle groups, chest; back; quads; delts and the rest will come.
