    Today is a rest day ... I am not going to do any kinda of training .. I put my nicolean on this morning ( 2 pumps applied to my stomach area) , and , I will apply 2 more pumps to my stomach this afternoon ...

    I think I will start doing one session of HITT cardio , instead of two times per week.. I will probably end up doing a lower intensity cardio on thurs ( and do the HITT cardio on mon).. I have a fast metabolism and two HITT sessions of cardio per week is going to be too much ..

    My energy is still very high , and I feel pretty good.. I look very dry in the areas I have been applying the nicolean... After 1 week of applying the nicolean I am very happy with the results... I feel it is a great product for localised fatloss , and is also a great product to help with appetite suppression ..

    I having been keeping my skin clean so I can get the best absorbtion rate of the nicolean.. My skin ( in the areas I have been applying the it on) is soft and is not dried out , and I just love the way the nicolean absorbs into the skin... I find that it is very easy to apply , and like I said before is not the least bit messy .. When I used other transdermals that didnt use Phlo gel as the transdermal carrier , and I found that they were a pain in the ass to apply .. After a week of applying nicolean I must say it is by far the easiest transdermal to apply .. For me it has been apply my nicolean , and let it dry ( for 5 mins ), or so, and I am ready to go... I can remeber applying other transdermal creams that just never absorbed very well .. I had keep rubbing the cream in , and had to wait forever for them to dry..

    I like the training regimen I am doing .. I cant wait to hit the gym tomorrow and hopefully get in another good workout....

    interesting update merc...... why are you lowering your hitt training days down ? are you loosing to much weight....... good to hear it works with local fat loss.... very interested in the final result of this .... keep us posted...

    nothing related to cravings im assuming, Merc stated the levels of nicotine dont appear to be addicting etc.

    yeah i read that earlyer in the thred but my training partner smokes sometimes and when chewing the gum if he also has a smoke he feels ill,i was wondering if it would have the same effect as we was talking about this thred today

    the ill feeling would most likely be the high levels of nicotine in the cigarette, not to mention the other ingredients.

    I have a fast metabolism and with the type of weight training I am doing two session of HITT cardio is just too much for me..

    I am eating lower cals , and I dont want to lose any muscle from doing too much cardio ...


    I think one HITT session of cardio , and than another lower intensity session of cardio ( per week ) will work good for me..

    so do you think this stuff will have a greater affect when paired with aas..... help the body stay lean even from water weight .. ?

    I think it would be great to add nicolean to a cutting cycle .. It is also something that would be great for contest prep ...

    Yea, nicotine is a good anti - estrogen .. The Nicolean is working very well at getting rid of water .. I am already very happy with the results so far ..

    I think the addition of the nicotine is really what makes nicolean a better product than the other topical fat burners..

    DISCUSSION

    TUE

    DEC 4



    I did my weight training yesterday morning...

    Schedule A

    Warm up (then)

    One arm dumbbell row or front pull down
    leg curl
    Standing shoulder press

    Reps at 6-8 for each set .. I will be moving from each group to opposing group in 45 secs of less.. After each 3 movement sequence I will rest 2 mins..

    I will repeat this 3 more times ( 4 total work circuits)..


    I like doing my training in the morning alot better .. I have more energy in morning , and for me that's the best time for me to do my training..

    The workout was ok .. It was kinda hard to get through , but I pushed through... Towards the end I was totally out of energy , but all in all it was a good work out..

    I trained my abs in this workout also...

    Mondays are also when I take one of my test cyp injects ( remeber I am on HRT) .. I did a delt shot containing 100 mg of cyp ( 1/2 ml) , and like I said in the past I feel better when I split the dose into 2 injects per week .. So I will be doing my 2nd inject of cyp , for a total of 200 mg per wk , on thurs...

    Today I did my cardio (this morning).. I did it at my house on my treadmill ... It was a good session.. I just put my headphones and jammed out while I pounded my cardio out..

    I really like the Nicolean .. I think it is a great product... I have to apply me 2nd application of it now...

    the product sounds very interseting. Maybe I was not paying attention, but how much caffeine is administered per application? I have a very hard time getting the seperation between my shoulders and arms, so I would love to use it there!

    Hi Buff,

    I am not sure of the exact dose of caffeine that is used in nicolean....

    Yea, I think it would work very well to help get the separation you are after .. This stuff is really effective.... I like it....

    Glad you liked it... You dont want to make yourself sick when doing it.. On your high points ( of your HITT routine) dont try and kill yourself.. You shouldn't be going so fast that you are gasping for air...

    Stick with that type of cardio and you will be very happy with the results...

    With a good HITT cardio program coupled with a solid diet, and nicolean you would get great results...

    Custom Capsule is manufacturing it , but I am not sure who else will be carrying it ..

    After nicolean's testing phase is over it should be hitting the market .. I dont have the dates yet , but I will keep everyone posted .. I am going to be purchasing some more nicolean for myself.. I really like it....

    Squat
    Dumbbell curl

    reps 6-8 per set... Same rest periods between each opposing group (45 secs) and at the conclusion of each grouping ( 2 mins)..

    Schedule C - Total body

    Warm UP ( than)

    1. Single leg squat or split stance squat with dumbells 6-10 reps.
    2. cable cross over
    3. seated cable pully row or one arm dumbbell row
    4. Alternate standing shoulder press
    5. Standing dumbell curl
    6. French press


    Same rest times and repeat 3 times..

    I will be training abs once per week as I find that works best for me...
    this looks like a pretty tough workout routine how do u like it so far? i havent read through your whole log yet so sorry if you answered this already...

    good log merc. i appreciate you being thorough with everything. i have an odd question, i dont know if you shave your chest/body or whatever. do u think having body hair would effect the absorbtion of the nicolean?
    im not necessarily interested in taking nicolean, but i am considering converting oral m1t and 4ad that i have into a transdermal form, so that question would apply to that situation.

    Yea, I shave my chest and stomach so its not a problem for me.. People that use compounded transdermals ( for HRT) can apply it on thier wrist and ankles ( where there is not any hair ) ... Yea hair can interfere with it... Make sure that your skin is clean also as that can mess with the absorbtion as well..

    No I dont get paid for testing it... I just recieved the product and used it so I can give some feedback on it.. The people that make it only asked me to try it , and to give them my thoughts on it( to them).. They didnt ask me to do a log on Nicolean.. I chose to do that myself.. I wanted to do a log so people could see what my thoughts on it are... I must say I really like it.. I am ordering some more for myself , and I am also ordering it for a few friends that have seen how dry I look since I started using it.. ...

    Well as far as giving me a dry look it worked very fast.... For fatloss I say you would see some good results fairly quickly as well.

    No I dont think your body will become tolerant to it..
