Worst Blooper at the Gym....Cmon confessio time!!!

I was doing deads with a buddy. We were going heavy and I was in the middle of my set. He is yelling at me "Come On" "Work" etc. There was a smokin hot girl on the treadmill next to us checkin us out during all of this and then I let out the loudest f'in fart i could possibly have done in the middle of my lift. I looked at him like "Oh Sh1t" and we played it off like nothing happened and then he looked over at her looking at me and we both just started lau***ng! Even the chick started lau***ng! I had to stop my lift and just loose it!

One of the very first times I was in the gym I was 15 and was using the weight assisted dip machine. I wasn't using it right and pulling myself down instead of pushing up lol. I ended up doing the whole stack and I stepped off the machine after my 10 "reps" when it was near the bottom and the weight came crashing down while the step came flying upwards, making the loudest crashing noise I've ever heard at a gym before. Everyone was staring at me and I was so embarrassed.

I split my left index finger once while putting away a weighted curl bar. Now my left index finger is flatter and wider than the right one, and the nail grows all fvcked up and my skin splits all the time. Not fun around citrus.

I don't think I have really done anything stupid. I have had the moments where I get embarassed because I didn't do as many reps as I had hoped. About the worst I did was split my right index finger right down the middle, bone popping out and everything, now my nail grows in two layers.

farting while deadlifting and squating. also switched from boxers to briefs after tearing the ass out of all my boxers either squating or using the leg press. and once while i was bulking and wearin army pants in the gym i popped a button off while squatting. o yeah and i always seems to blow the sweat that drips down my face onto my lips onto the mirror while breathing heavy and it looks like i am spitting on the mirror :| all and all nothing too bad. just incredible's story wins hands down though

I was just a kid when this happened, but my brother and I were staying at a hotel with the family for vacation and we found the gym. We were messing with the treadmills and seeing how fastthey would go. The fastest one said 15,17 or 19mph, i can't remember, but we had it going FAST. I figured that if I got a running start across the entire room I could hit it at a run and continue running. So I go sprinting full speed at this treadmill and as soon as my foot hits the belt it shoots my foot backward sending me face first into it which, in turn, catapults me into a stationary bike close by. Needless to say my brother thought this was hilarious.

ok, so my gym has access 24hrs, even when there is no staff. so for security, there are cameras everywhere, (legal). well ,one day the guys show up for work and walk into a nightmare. the whole place smells like shit, so they immediately go to the computers to check out the previous nights surveillience. at about 10:30 pm the gym was empty and in walks a member. she walks over to the stand up tanning machine and goes in. a couple of minutes later she comes running out with her pants down , shitting herself.
apparently she was having stomach problems during her tan, shit in the garbage can in there , then thought she could get to the bathroom so she ran out of the tanning booth but didn't quite make it. her biggest mistake, however, was forgetting about the security cameras and not cleaning up. this is true. 100%.

doing hammer curls one time actualy a couple times and i smoked myself in the face and it sucks cause everyone watchs me do them since there 80's it sucks when i am trying to look like a bad mofo and i have to stop cause i hit myself so hard it hurts

Man there are some funny posts in here.. lol
While doing the 45 degree leg press ive let out a huge fart which attracted alot of attention and had me lau***ng histericaly, i could barely finish that rep..lol
Also caught my fingers numerous times while putting 20kg plates back, **** that hurts i try to act as if nothing happened while my eyes start to water up a bit hahaha

Ive seen alot of other funny shit at the gym man there are some classics.....

Seen one guy doing DB bench, as he was rolling back to throw up the DB's he farted, then couldnt help but drop the DB's with one narrowly missing his phone which was lying on the ground...
Also one guy doing squats in the smith machine finished his set, had 3x20kg plates on each side, thought he had locked the bar back in but as he steped out the bar came crashing down!! holy **** that shit sounded like a bomb went off

my buddy wanted to get big, so i bring him to the gym witth me hes like 170 sort of in shape, well atleat i thought he was so i start him on incline dumbells 25pds he gets 1 up then 2 then almost all the way up on the 3rd his right elbow i guess gave out and bam stuck him in his right eye hard as fuk, he tried to play it off but it looked like his foot was growin out his eye lid and brow, i was fukin cryin i was lau***n so hard

Just remembered the time a relative in his teens wanted me to take him to the gym and his dad came along. His dad was telling me he had "real strong legs...may not look like it, but you should see the weight I can shift...etc". I was starting to think he was feeling a little envious of the fact his son was looking to me for advice or something, which was odd cos he's a sound guy. Anyhow we get there and I start to show his son the basic compounds etc and the dad goes straight for the leg press machine. Out of the corner of my eye I can see he is in fairness piling on the plates and attracting a fair bit of attention from other people in the gym. Some people you can see having a conversation about him and looking over in amazement.

As I get closer I see he has about 12 plates a side. Unfortunately, they were on the weight rack attached to the base of the machine, rather than the bit that moves!

Oh...well there was that time I was on decline bench and had finished all my working sets. Stopped and figured I would go for a few more. I get like 4-5 and I am at failure and i'm stuck so I rolled it to my waist and did a situp. Look around and got the attention of some guys like "Hey a little help here please".
