yeah I am married and have a 22 month old daughter I have been gone for over a yr of her life..

Man that is so hard being away from the kids. I know how you feel, I suprised my kids when I got home. They did not know I was coming home and I hide I back of the SUV and the wife told them to get the bags for the back and I was laying down. God did we cry forever when we saw each other.

When I was out there I dropped some body fat %, I had a great diet out there. I somewhat stayed away from the Ice cream, plus it helped sweating a lot during the summer. How is the temp now? I bet it's cold at night.

Hey guys im currently over seas right now in iraq and ive been trying to get lean for quite a long time but it seems so hard because the chow halls here suck, i mean they serve alot of greesy food and fatty stuff but they also serve some goodys that i eat like grilled chicken, salad, meat loaf, tuna, fruit and some other good things i just would really like some opionions on what diet they think i could try to maintain while im out here i also try to drink protein shakes, mass gainer etc.


Im 23 yrs old, 5'9, 180 pounds and about 12-13% bf i also work out 5-6 times a week and do cardo and abs 3-4 times a week.

Hey bro I'm also over here and I know how greesy the food is.... I know cause I work at a Dfac. I see all these TCNs put oil on everything. Just stick to the salad bar and eat the chicken and the tuna.

What I like to eat is chicken with a bit of sour cream and salsa and for tuna just put a couple packets of mustard and get some chopped onions and tomatoes and throw on some vinegar. Mix it up and it taste really good. Don't go with the pre-maid tuna salad cause it has a whole lot of Mayo. Stay safe and keep you feet clean.
