Last year did Clen (Didn’t really do much for me better results with ECA)
And since found the best way to lose weight is Diet and been really trying hard to lose weight and I did, I was 215 and now 190
And now I really just want to have a nice lean shape don’t care about being big
The thing is like I said a pro trainer gave me all the info and recommended I do Winny and Dbol
Most pro trainers are garbage anyways. There are a lot of old school trainers that go by old school ways which have been proven to be not as effective as the ways to run gear today. Traiining and diet have kept the same but the usage of AAS and other hormones have def. changed. We are NOT going to spell out your diet for you but I will provide a link that will give you a diet for gaining lean mass that you can use and tweak it to your liking.

If you search thru the diet forum youll def. find that there is lots of advice on how to diet, cutting, gaining lean mass, or all out bulking. I understand you want to gain lean mass. Dbol contratry to what your "pro-trainer" said is normally used for bulking. You will most likely blow up like a water balloon unless you have proper ancilleries on hand while on this cycle. Have you read up on AI's and SERMS? Have you also read up on PCT? If so you would know that 1 shot of HCG is not sufficient at all for bringing you back to normal. Check out this link for PCT.

Now if you were here reading, reading, and doing more reading then you would already know where to find these links and how to run a proper cycle and PCT. You will gain more out of a 12 week test cycle then out of the cycle you proposed. If you are dead set on gaining lean mass you could go with Test pProp as you dont gain much water weight at all and its a fast acting AAS that will start working for you pretty quick. I would not really listen to your "pro trainer" as you have stated because he may not know how to do things the right way. All of us are giving you advice from personal experience that has been tried and proven. Blowing us off will not get you anywhere so listen, ask questions, suck information and most of all be polite as we are happy to give advice to someone who is willing to learn and listen.
