I am 41, 6'4", 220lbs. I have worked out on and off over the years. My interest always wained because I never saw results to give me incentive. I recently worked with a trainer for 6+ months. No great gains. For the last month I started taking a topical Testosterone of 50mg daily. My former trainer suggested I start taking deca. He suggested 1000mg 2X week. I am now at end of week 2. I have experienced some gains, no side effects, and more motivated in the gym. I regret though that I relied on him and didn't do my own research. What I gained through research is that I am way overdosing. I should be using 400-600mg once per week and more and a different form of test and probably an estrogen blocker. So, my question is, I know I started wrong - going into week 3 what coorective changes should I make, taking into account that I currently do not possess injectable test or anti-estrogen compoinds?
