Never take a jab after a hot shower

Been freezing the past few days...

Took a jab after my hot shower yesterday, the needles were ok, but the injection itself... wow!!! straight after i pulled out, it hurts like *#&^&@*#(&$ .... hurts too much for words.

So my guess is... damn right, go with what the experts say, hot shower after and not before~~

I injected prop in my left shoulder other night. Shower after. Was FINE the next day, perhaps a little sore.

Injected last night after hot shower, big mistake. Bled quite a bit, hurts a lot today. :S I learnt the hard way.

I dont think it matters when u inject as long as you follow the correct steps. Ive done it before and after a shower. The only thing I noticed different about after showering is that the needle goes in nice and easy.
