good workout today...a lil dissapoined i couldnt do deads, but watev i felt a good pump from the dumbell version (or was that just the SD kickin in LOL) Strenght was up from last week so thats always a good thing...On a side note gettin a deep tissue massage tomomorw which is SWEET...dunno if im gonna wake up at 5 to go liftin or just lift on saturday...probably the latter of the 2 lol
