Quick update. Weight back down to around 215. AI's kicked in, shed a lot of water, and quite a bit of BF. I'm stronger than I was at the end of my last cycle, and lighter??? I had stopped the Tren shortly after starting the cycle (couple days), because I wanted to be able to do cardio to drop some BF. Now that I'm in that 10% range, I just started again, so I should start seeing the heavy gains soon. Starting at the beginning of May, I bumped TestE to 400mg/week,TrenA 350mg/week, and 30mg TNE preWO still. Upping calories to keep up. I've given up on setting an end date for a cycle...as I never stick to it. I spent the first 12 weeks leaning up with cardio, slight carb deficiency, and low doses. Now I'll kick it up for 10 weeks, and put on some mass.
I started at 215, and I'd say I lost 2 or 3% BF and am still back at 215. So I'd say I've put on around 6-8lbs of muscle during the cutting phase, and am now starting to bulk. I'd imagine I can add another 10-15lbs, and end this at around 230 and 10% BF if I stick to my diet.
