I am 36 years old, lifting for over 20 years. 5'9" 211 lbs. about 11-13%.
I will be doing 12 weeks of Test E 500 mg per week - Shots of 250mg on Sunday morning and Weds night.
40mg per day of dbol for 3-4 weeks (only as a kicker)
PCT is as follows:
week 1 clomid 100mg nolva 40mg
week 2 clomid 50mg nolva 40mg
week 3-5 clomid 50mg nolva 20mg.
I also have some L-Dex on hand just in case
I took measurements this morning these are all unflexed:
Chest: 45"
Arm: 15"
Quad: 26"
Calf: 16"
I just did my first injection this morning with Test E with no problems.
