    Hey bro,

As I said in your other thread...you look fantastic!

As for feedback, like the other bros, I'd say you should aim for some more back width to really get that V shape going... But let's just say attaining paper-thin definition and avoiding fat gain during bulking are the least of your worries...I wish I could bulk like that...I always end up looking like the michelin man

Just out of curiousity bro, how many cals are you consuming a day while you cut and bulk?

Thanks bro. Yeah my lats are quite small compared to my other bodyparts so hopefully i'll fix that up by the end of the year hehe

when i bulk i eat roughly my bodyweight in lbs x 25 , so i change my calories as i weigh more. So when i weighed 170 when i started bulking i ate roughly 4250 calories. And for cutting i would eat bodyweight x 10. So when i was 215 when i started cutting i ate 2150 calories.

Looking great man... I know what it feels like to have lagging legs.
We have identical body types that respond well to bulking

Literally the best member photo I've seen short of Insaneinthemembrane's photos. Although putting on 30 lbs from a cycle is never something I could achieve (hw the hell did you do that again?) Id rather Forget the cycle questions, because I know Your results are in your diet. I see you answered the cals, But as much as a pain in the ass this, could you please just run us through a typical day including every meal and their specifics?

Thanks champ. yeah puttin on 30 lbs in one cycle is quite a lot . A lof of it was weight i would of put on naturally anyway , because before i started my bulk cycle , i was dieting to look lean at 170, so had i just up'd my carbs without juice i would of gone back up to my regular weight of around 180.

With the diet , breakfast would be something like 4-5 whole eggs , cheese , maybe some bacon , green beans or carrots , 3 fish oil tabs and a quater avocado.

Lunch will be something like a extra lean steak , or salmon , cheese , mixed fresh veggies like carrots , grean beans , asparagus , carrots , zuchinni , etc , just whatever i felt like eating for veggies. Also another quater avocado , and 3 fish oil tabs oh and one teaspoon flax oil.

I'll have the same meal again for dinner ,but change the meat so maybe some chicken or fish instead. Before bed i'll eat 2-3 whole eggs , bit of fresh veggies , and some fish oil tabs.

    Hope that helped !

And dude to be honest your backs not lagging at all IMHO, I would just start doing a different type of pulldown, or manipulate your scapula differently for a while and theyll be 2 in. bigger in no time.

thanks dude, will give that a try. I would defenetly prefer my back to be wider.

And you're right about my calories , its not a lot at all. i started dieting with 2150 calories for the day and it slowly went down from there as my weight dropped. Without AAs i woudnt of held as much muscle , but the fat would of went down the same.

Im just surprised you can be SO big with that small of cals. I take in like 1.7x's that when bulking and don't gain as much as you.

no you dont understand , those calories were for my dieting phase. When bulking i eat 20-21 x bodyweight in lbs.

    no worries champ

i used calorieking.com.au . its an australian website so its got some australian brand foods , so depending where you are , there should be another website for your country. But the good thing about that website is u can actually have a template where u drag foods on to the menu and it calculates all the calories for you and tells you how many calories from protein u have so far , and from carbs and fat etc. So it pretty much calculates calorie you eat. You have to sign up for the website though , its free for like 2 weeks so i did as many variations as i could within those 2 weeks

What up my man. You look freakin awesome!!! If your trying to widen that back for more V-taper you need to be doing weighted wide grip pullups. Lat pulldowns are NOT a substitute for wide grip pullups. What helped me begin my V-taper was barbell rows and since I got back into the wide grips by back as widen out significantly. Tryed to the lat pulldowns and it does not work anywhere near as well as old fashioned pullups, wide grip that is. But thats just my two cents.

cheers thanks for your idea, i will give that a go. Its been a while since ive done pullups but i do remember them working well on me. That and bent over rows work well for me for thickness

Looking awesome mate keep up the good work, what are your goals ?

Looking sick in both before and after cutting pics.. Lat width is a problem for me as well. Iblame it on having a really short torso, although having a short torso is supposedly good for power lifting.

like another person said your physique is awesome I'd be a happy guy if I looked like that .
