    dang diet and cardio will get you there if your honest about it and dont cheat urself 24/7! no need for aas!

    2 sessions of cardio, limit carbs to 120g day and most in your pwo and vegies..

    that will do it for ya..

    PGCL will di it as well.. no i don't/can't get it for ya..

    I'm actually still trying to learn how to navigate throught the website. A bit confused but I'm getting there. My diet is basically Lots of protiens, veggies, fruits..I'll look for the correct forum and post my diet and hopefully get helpful advice.

    Men seriously talking find a nutritionist near you and plan something with that profesional, about "YOUR" special diet! everyone is different so after u get some profesional advice then u do the workout and everything else (including steroids if your plan is with it). I already gotta go to a nutritionist and she's gonna have all my deatils about fat and everything, and then make a diet plan specially for me to approach my goal! and of course i'll be doing my winstrol on the side (like i always have done) - just take care of yourself correctly and dont over do things!
