this is gross but, has anybody noticed any difference in bowel movements while on DNP. its weird, in the morning i sh1t a log that would knock out a window and in the evening i could sh1t through a screen door. anybody else experience anything like this?
Ditto that on the shitting. On dnp i was using the can three times a day. And it wasn't like i had diarrhea, they were solid...
sometimes but not always! at first i went a lot.. then it was normal, then later on it was back to a lot again! i think it depends on what u eat!
day 11- im at 228. i know its normal and all to hold water weight but damn i dont like it. last night i went to the gym @ 11pm. i had a decent back workout except pull ups where a little harder than normal. and having a protein shake around midnight really cut down on my urges to eat everything in the house. i plan on working shoulders today so ill update how that goes later. well anyways i guess thats about it for now.
almost forgot, im moving my dose back down to 200mg ed cause i dont want to get hives again.
benadryl will only mask the allergic reaction. so i'd rather have the signs of an allergic reaction so i know when to stop DNP vs. death or being hospitalized.
Day 12- im @ 226lb today. i only took 200mg yesterday and plan on doing the same for another 9 days. worked out shoulders yesterday night. it was a fvcking awesome workout. i was sweating and breathing like a fat kid in a buffet but had a good pump and moved some decent weight. im pretty sure i can give credit to the massive amounts of chicken and tatters i at 1.5hr b4 going to the gym. iv'e also bumped the T3 up to 80mcg for the rest of the cycle.
keep it up man! keep us posted.. i went up to 600mg for the last 3 days of mine.. whoo hoo talk about heat!! but i lost insane fat!

yeah my shirt is wet at work and i have a fan blowing on me!! its hot as heck!! i wont go this high again!! 450 is plenty.. just so you all know who read this read my log if you think ur gunna do dnp over 400mg!!! its hell!!
Day 13- 227lb. worked out arms last night. it was a another good workout. good pump. all my pants and shorts are starting to get pretty loose. i sweat real bad last night. ill let you know how things go today.
the craving are getting really bad now. i made the mistake of going grocery shopping hungry without my wife. i pretty much shopped like an 8yro with a credit card. so now i have all this junk food mocking me in my pantry. i avoided all the junk food by eating 3lb of fruit today. anyways, ill let yall know how im doing when i wake up.
day 14-i weight 225. weeeeeee. but im guessing it'll go back up. yesterday was my off day from the gym so i guess that helps with not holding H20. well ive got 7 more days. so we will see how it goes.
well im kinda stil on it all.. i havent taken any all day and i assume mon or tues the water weight will go away, i went up about 2 pounds and held it when i upped the doseage which i assume is just more water cause my body kept getting slimmer.. i assume come tues ill be a solid 200 thats just my guess tho.
you'll probably still loose water after tues. cause of taking 600mg for the last 3 days. but keep us updated man.
yeah, all the water weight should be gone about 3 days later, just keep your water intake high.
The day you stop dnp is such a great day. As soon as a miss my first pill I feel better like 3 hours later. By the afternoon you feel like it is completely gone, even though it isn't.
worked out chest today. i felt tired all day but in the gym its a different story. maybe im getting myself pumped cause i can see a slight change everyday. the workout went good. decent pump and still moving good weight. just down 2 reps on each set. let yall know how much i weigh in the morning.
day 15- 225lb.
day 16- 225lb. everything went alright yesterday. woke up this morning @ 3am and was starving. so i had a granola bar, crackers, and Captain Crunch. just sugars. guess i would of weighed a little less this morning if i wouldnt have eaten that much. i'm working out back today. its my longest workout out so we will see how the DNP affects my 45min-1hr workout. prolly gonna condense my workout to around 30-45min if i feel sluggish.
day 17- 227lb. what the hell. all the other times i've ran DNP i would loose 2lb and go up 1 lb and so forth. but this is just weird. im too far into the cycle to be down 3lb. I know im holding water cause i can see it. guess its just a little frustrating cause im on day 17 of 21 and havent lost crap. anyway, as of today i think im going to up my dose to 400mg ed for the next 5 days. just maybe squeeze an extra lb or 2 of fat out.
Day 18- 224lb. thats a little better. well truthfully i havent worked out in 2 days. i was supposed to do back 2 days ago but after watching a movie i fell asleep and last night my little brother had a Baseball game i went to. i know, i know, azzholes and elbows. well anyways, i was looking at my little stockpile of test E yesterday and i only have 10ml @250mg/ml. so i think im going to run this for the next few wks cause what the hell am i going to do with 10ml(no im not sending it to anyone) so i guess this will end up being an 18wk cycle. its going to be my last AAS cycle for a while. maybe after this one ill go to the doc and get on TRT so maybe i can stockpile a little something. sh1ts getting too crazy these days. well ill keep yall updated.

damn im excited about hopefully being able to start Running again. then after a month of jogging i can start running sprints again(my wife was a track coach, damn good workouts). just wanted to let u guys know im excited. weird
lifted shoulders and traps today. it was alright, could have been better though. i was a little weaker than usual. can see a little more definition than before. im going to run 400mg tomorrow(day 19) and day 20 only 200mg, and none on sunday. i have to work in the ER on sunday and monday afternoon and dont want to be the big sweaty guy even though i prolly will be. im lifting arms tomorrow so ill let yall know how that goes. i cant remember how long it takes before my muscles arent flat? anyone know?

day 21- 226lb. this is my last day. when my in-laws were in town they borrowed my camera and deleted the pics of me that my wife took. im not happy about the situation. but i'll take pics today and some 5days post cycle to show how the water hopefully falls off. then one 5 days later for the beginning on the next cycle. i might start holding more water because of bumping up my test dose from 500mg to 750mg ew. but i guess we will see. i cant wait to go to the gym again and not breathe so hard and have energy. ill also keep yall updated on my weight for the next wk or so. peace

worked arms today. it was about the same as it was a wk ago. damn i cant wait to stop sweating so bad.
