Has he got any trees or anything? what id do is get a chain saw, go to his back yard where his tree is, then start up the chain saw, cut the fvcking thing down then pick up a branch, pul the leaves off it, and de-bark the branches, stick the bark down the seat of your trousers then proceed in eating the twigs off the branch... if he sees you do this trust me he wont let his dog anywhere near you!

check it out!I just moved recently bought a house.So my neighbor has this little dog that he likes to let just run around his yard no leash or anything so the little facker keeps coming in my yard .Now i have a dog to a black lab. so i get home from work after a 11.5 hr day im sitting tryn to eat supper and the dog keeps runnin up to my door all around my yard now my dogs going crazy!So i go out there start yellin at the dog to go home so he comes out of the house and tells me to stop yellin at his dog now the dogs in my yard harrasing my dog day after day.He says he's gonna let him wander where ever he wants wether i like it or not so to make a long story short i end up right in his face tellin him to fack himself and so on ready to drop this dude then my wife comes out pullin me back in the house im resisting ready to kill this m#####facker my kids seen it now shes pissed at me ugggggggggggggg!!!!!!!!!!!

I am still reading, but I feel your pain with the dog issue... I have people walking their dog in my area and poopin all over my yard... I have not caught anyone yet, but I want to so bad but I don't... I think I will check out..

invest in a Airsoft gun. I got this sniper rifle that shoots plastic bbs at 300 yds. Cost me less than 50. I sat in my window and hit my neighbors dog every time they came to shit in my yard. It has a 6x scope and shit. Trust me they wont come back

to get the dog out of your yard, grind up a bunch of habenero sp? peppers and spread the seeds all over your yard (mainly where you see the dog). trust me, it should cure the problem!

go toss cayenne pepper on the yard. or when the dog comes close again pepper spray it, then everytime it steps near you repeat the pepper spray. simple and not expensive !

It's not your neighbor it's your emotional response to your neighbor that's the problem.I'd say letting your children see that will no doubt be something they won't forget.Maybe you should go talk to him and say look buddy I just moved in and I'd rather not get off on the wrong foot.Let's start over I'm Freak and your are,take the high road buddy it's the only way for you to demonstrate that your an emotionally stable individual and will keep you in a more positive state of mind.
