i did the cycles a while ago,i stoped training for a while because of some stuff that i was ealing with,now i want back in
Find out ya body fat % first of all.
If over 15% dont go anywhere near steroids or you will put on even more fat.

how do find out what my macros are?
i have been back for about 1 year.
fitday.com has some good nutritional info
It will take you a while, but break down all the foods you eat into protein grams, carb grams, and fat grams.
Places like fitday.com (as Big suggested) are handy for finding out these.
Then go by the rules..
1g Protein = 4cal
1g Carbs = 4cal
1g Fat = 9cal.
For a standard diet it should be Protein/Carbs/Fat 40/40/20%
So to loose weight carbs n fat need to be lowered even more.

im not realy fat i just have a layer above my abs,dont think im a pig.i just really want to get that in shape.
