also if mid cycle i start developing gyno should i start on letro 1 ml per day straight away or nolva>

don't run nolva while using a 19nor like tren or deca, it can exacerbate things. Nolva is fine on pct after the compounds have cleared your system, but not on cycle with those. Personally I like the use the weaker ai (arimidex) if needed while on cycle, and only if needed, as estrogen is also needed to grow. If you can get some arimidex or liquidex (same thing) and you feel you need it, start at .25mg eod. Again only use if the situation calls for it.
