You need to be more specific, hamburger helper and red meat doesnt mean anything.... Just from this, i would say, your diet is the reason you are not gaining any weight....Everyone always thinks they eat more than they actually do.....

Again be more specific with diet.......I eat right at 5000 calories aday, 625g of Carbs, 350g of protein, and 100 g of fat.......

I doubt your diet can be very good, if your including hamburger helper.....

Used to get oran test myself (Restandol) ... these things are sold in pharmacy over here and are damn cheap.If you hate to inject too much, its better than getting nothing
