    oh yeah and to you guys who have been asking me where I am injecting my quads here ya go. the first couple times i actually drew the line from the middle of my knee up to thigh, next take a hand length up the leg from the knee and a hand length from the hip down. In the area the hand does not cover, I pin on the right side of the line. Here is a picture of my RIGHT quad to demonstrate. X marks the spot!!

    I tried to inject in my quads and failed miserably. What size needle do you use and how far in you go? Anyway ya man i still see some gains. I see alot in your shoulders, and a lil bit on your triceps. Hammer curls? Looks like the peak of your bicep is gettin more cut too. Are you doing cable curls? Keep it up brotha.

    Thanks Jc. For my quads inject I use a 1" 23g needle. Works like a charm. I get a lil pain the day after sometimes but thats it. I hate reaching around to the glutes but I throw in a glute shot every now and then to give my quads a break, and then I just use a 1.5" 23g needle for the glutes. Good luck to you.

    I do hammer cursl with a barbell my gym has the handles swivel within the bar so I just hold them and do hammers with that. I just try to keep my elbows lock in my sides and back I do not let my shoulder joint move at all during my bicep moves except for the last few forced reps. I just started doing this recently and I've noticed some good results and actually am getting stronger that way. I don't do much cable curls.

    Ya I called it. Reason why i said the hammer curls is that it seems to make your bicep wider and it also seems to work your forearm too. Those 2 places i see some growth on you, I would keep doing them for awhile, they seem to be working for you. When i injected in my quad its like i hit something. I could only go down so far and when i pushed the plunger down i felt a great amount of pressure to the point of pain, so i aborted and when back to the glute. Now i'm not trying to sound conceited but i can't really reach it anymore, maybe cuz i'm getting bigger, i dunno? I know this will be hard to explain but how does it feel when you inject in your quad? When you push the plunger down do you feel a crapload of pressure? If so then i'll just man up and push through it. Thanks man.

    I just press down on the plunger slowly. I feel a little tingle when the oil is going in but no "pressure." Look at the picture I posted and do it like I did the first couple times. I have never had a probably with it. Literally draw the line from the middle of your knee to your thigh. Then messure with your hand up from your knee and then down from your waist. There should be a space inbetween where you messured with your hand. That area to the right of the line that you drew on your leg should be good and just sit with your leg out straight unflexed. Stick the pin in, aspirate, inject.

    I've been shooting a little further up and directly on the outside and its just brilliant. Alot of pain on day 3 after the 1st injection but the next 2 shots there was no pain at all.

    jc I've never felt any resistance or pressure. You must have just hit a spot. I too use 23g but 1.5" but I don't go in all the way.

    Hello all, had another great day in the gym. I have switched up my routine slightly. I am now doing Giant Sets for every muscle group until the end of my cycle. I just started this week and I love the soreness. Hopefully I can keep up with the intensity. For those of you who don't know a Giant Set is 3 consecutive sets of different excercises for the same muscle group. For instance:

    Chest day:
    Incline DB Fly (no rest into) Flat DB Press (no rest into) Chest Dips = 1 Giant set.

    I got such an incredible pump from this that I decided to incorporate it into every muscle group. I just have to make sure I am getting adequate rest because these take a toll on the muscle group. I do around 4 giant sets and take about 2-4 min. inbetween each set. Normally after 4 giant sets I am done. I keep my reps anywhere from 6 to no more than 12. If I get 12 the weight goes up. If I don't feel like I am fatigued after 4 giant sets I will pick a few excercises that were not included in my giant set and do 1 set to failure.

    The compliments are pouring in now. I have 3 weeks left in my cycle and I am happy with the results I've made already. I am up to 203.5 lbs. That puts me up 16.5 lbs and Im still gaining. I would be stoked to hit the 20lb plus mark. Anyways Thanks for keeping up with my log fellas.

    Oh yeah. And my goal hopefully is to try and cut up a bit with some clen during my PCT. I would love to be able to hold at 195+ after all is said an done. Thats my goal. I Don't know if it is possible but I'm hoping so. I feel I have a pretty solid PCT and work ethic to lower the BF the right way.

    Yesturday was legs. Put up 300lb on squats for 6 reps. Pretty stoked about that. My legs are killing my today though. To finish off legs I did a Giant set that went like this.

    Leg press into Leg Curl into Leg Ext. then rest and repeat 4 times. It was pretty brutal, I am glad today is rest day. I will probably hit up a lil cardio to loosen my legs up.

    I just stumbled across your journal after searching for some "results" threads. I enjoyed reading it. I think discriptions of how people feel are most important in a journal.

    Anyways, I'm on the same cycle as you and it's my first too. It's the end of week 4 for me and I haven't seen any noticeable signs of improvement. My strength is increasing only slightly and my weight has only increased 5lbs or so. I'm impressed that you gained so well near the beginning. I also frontloaded with 750 for the first week, which makes me more surprised to see my results so far.

    I really hope week 5 is a little more promising for me because I'm getting impatient! It's a shame some of us only get to enjoy half of the 10 weeks we're on.

    Keep posting, I'll keep up with your journal. I'd like to see how your recovery goes as well. You look awesome, btw. I hate reading peoples posts who have the slightest idea of what they're doing or little about the basics such as diet.

    Thanks Rasca. Keep it up. Week 5 and 6 are good ones I started getting the most compliments week 6. People are starting to wonder and ask what I am taking. I just tell them cytogainer and a good solid diet. Which is true just not the whole truth. HAHA. Anyways, I am ready to bang out the next couple weeks and then start my PCT. As I said in a previous post. Im going to try my hardest to keep most of my gains. I have been moving up in weight slowly not trying to hurt my joints and performing everything with perfect technique. I feel my body is WAY more balanced now and thats what I wanted. My rear delts and Lats have showed some major improvement along with my biceps and legs. All these muscle grps lagged badly before starting my cycle. In my opinion anyways. Anywho to get a last boost of strength and size Im doing Giant sets for the rest of my cycle. I've read really good things about them and a while ago I did them for several weeks and got some solid strength gains from them. I hope to get to 210lbs before ending my cycle that will be a total of 23 lbs. I have not weighed in a few days so tomorrow I'm gonna hit the scale and see where I am at. I have added more cardio to my workout regiment as of lately and I feel leaner already.

    One thing I recommend, This is my opinion, I tell my clients this all the time. You have to have your mind right and your body will follow. If you tell yourself your TEST is not working or your all discouraged because you haven't gained weight like someone else then your body is not going to respond as well. The mind and body work hand-in-hand. Don't compare yourself to anyone else, just push through and be happy with the results you've made so far. I was happy before, during, and hopefully after my cycle. I never get discourage that something is not working, I just change it up. After a while you will learn what is right and wrong for your body. It just takes trial and error. Stick to your diet and stick to your workout routine. If you have any questions about your workout send me a shout. Anyways sorry for the HELLA long post but hope this helps some of you guys that get discourage with or without steroids.

    Hello all, I had a great weekend got some sun and hung out at the beach. Had some friends ask me what I was doing lately to get so big. ha, Pretty funny. Anyways today was injection day. As always, clean injection very little pain, this part of cycling has become very easy. I offically have 4 injections left. 2.5 more weeks of my 10 week cycle.

    For the workout today. It was back/bicep day. Everything felt great. I have been feeling crazy strong lately. No pain in my joints anywhere felt really nice. I feel very bloated now that I'm getting towards the end of my cycle. I have been taking .25mg of arimidex EOD because I had a lil nipple sensitivity. It has gone away so I will probably stop taking the a-dex. I weighed in at 204 today. I think I have lost a little water weight from the arimidex but atleast my weight is still going up instead of down. I'm really going to critique my diet for the final 2 weeks. Very low sodium, no sauces or spices on anything. I pre-cook most of my meals. I have a lil extra money this month so I should be able to get exactly what I need/want from the grocery store. Anyways, Ill keep it going. Hope all is good with everyone else. Peace.

    Had another epic day at the gym today. This last 2 weeks is going to be great wish I would have done a 12 weeker instead of 10. Oh well, just means less time until my next cycle. Back on topic. Today was shoulder tricep. This was my workout.

    Standing BB overhead press - 95x15, 115x10, 125x8, 135x7
    Smith Machine Close Grip Press - 185x12 205x10, 225x7, 235x6

    Frontal Plate Raise - 45x12 4 sets
    Lateral Raise - 30x10 4 sets
    Tricep Reverse Grip Push-downs - 145x10-12 4 sets

    Rear Delt Dumbell Fly- 30x10 3 sets
    Tricep Rope Overhead extension 120x8-10 3 sets
    Rear Delt Machine Fly- 90x8-10 3 sets
    Tricep Bench Dips - 3 sets to Failure

    I had an amazing pump. By far my best workout since being "ON". I looked huge during this workout. I weighed in at 205 today. Stoked about that. Puts me 2lbs away from 20lbs gained. Wish me luck on reaching the 25lb mark.

    Wow - 30 sets for two small muscle groups. I Do 6 for tris and 6 or 7 for delts. You've inspired me to do more.

    Yeah might be over-kill but I like to hit my delts from all different angles because there are actually 3 different heads of the shoulder and you do not want your rear and medial delt to lag because then you look funny. As for tri's same thing, there are 3 different heads hence the name TRIcep. So I like to hit it at different angles.

    Yes I know. I do Delts:
    2 x Military DB (Madial)
    2 x Front DB Raise (Front)
    2 x Lateral Raise (Rear) but I bend over more to it hits rear. Nore like a fly si I guess it's not lateral.

    Tris,
    2 x Kickbacks for Front
    2 x close grip pushups for inner
    3 x one arm pushups for the central head.

    I don't have any machines so I have to improvise. Seems to work though. But I think I'll add some more sets now the test is kicking in.

    Nice diet. The rasberries do sound good. When I make my shake i just add natural sugar. Although when i have oatmeal in the morning i do add a sugar-free rasberry jam. Helps alot!

    2nd day off from lifting, I will start back with chest tomorrow. I did however do cardio the past 2 days. I just wanted to give my muscles an extra day of rest. Everything is going well. I haven't weighed since starting more cardio. Hopefully still gaining. Diet has been good in my opinion I added and extra meal to the above diet which puts me around 3800 calories. Im gonna keep it up. I am both ready for the cycle to be over and don't want it to end at the same time. I am just curious on how much of the gains I have made I will keep. Also I want to up the cardio and shed a lil BF to see my "new and improved" muscles. Haha. But I plan on doing a lean/bulk for my next cycle. I know I will use Test prop. + an addition compound. I have not chosen the addition compound yet. I would like to do a little more research before I make my mind up.

    Hello all, sorry about the lack of posting lately, I've been pretty busy with things. Anyways, I've still be lifting and eating pretty clean. Trying to stick to my above diet strictly but I get a little off course during these summer weekends. Not to the extent of blowing my diet but I had a few beers this weekend and had a ton of fried white rice lastnight while drinking those brews. Oh well made up for it in the gym today did cardio after my strength training.

    Shoulders, Bi's, Tri's today. Workout went great. Felt a massive pump. I weight in at 204 today. I have had to take a-dex a couple times throughout my cycle b/c I have had a itchy nipples but within 3 days of taking the a-dex it seems to go away. I can always tell when I take the a-dex I don't necessarily gain weight b/c of the water loss. So weight isn't up but I feel bigger/leaner. Here are some update pics. This is week 9.5 of my cycle. The next pics I will post will be somewhere in the middle of my PCT. here goes

    The first 1 is before I started my cycle. the 2nd one is today.

    Dunno about body fat but i can definatley see a difference, especially in your shoulders and traps. Your biceps are more cut too. What has your shoulder & trap routine been? How you been doing it the whole time while on cycle?

    I do barbell overhead press, standing or sitting. Always do Heavy lateral raises. Frontal raises, Reverse Flys, Upright Rows, That basically sums it up. I just do around 4 sets of 6-10 reps. Just a basic shoulder workout really.

    Today was legs, nothing major to report. All is good. I am noticing a couple pimples on my back. First type of acne I've had from this cycle. Also a few hairs on the upper and lower back really light hardly can see them but they are there. I have 2 more shots and 1 more week left of my cycle. I am sad to say its coming to an end.

    Also would it hurt to add a natural test booster to my PCT to help keep gains and speed up recovery or is that overkill since I have a-dex, clomid, and novla already?

    I'm curious to see if another test booster would be ok. Although all those compounds we're using for our pct already stimulates natural test production so i would think it would be overkill, but lets see what others say.
