I've decided to start a cycle in a few months from now after I cut a bit more.
I really appreciate everyone's thoughts and opinions and I would stay natural for another year but I don't have that time on my hands.
I have other things coming up.
Id like some suggestions for the maximum growth for my cycle as It will be a clean bulk with as much whole food as possible, I really don't want to use shakes, maybe vitargo post workout for an insulin surge.
As I said before
I would like to stack
Test 500mg double load or triple (is 600-700mg any better)
Deca 400mg
DBOL 30-45mg
Any PCT recommendations?

I wouldn't cut out protein powders completely bro. They have there place within a good based diet. BTW you are doing a good job. You look really good. That is what I want to do is compete as well, so props. I think you could take it a little farther with diet though before you go into AAS. But I understand what you mean about the time not being on your side. At least it seems like you have a way. Do it to it bro.

great job bro. keep it up. and honestly if your going to stack your cycle. use 250mgs of test. and 400mgs of deca.keep the doses low in the begining.
if you plan on going pro then i would definatly hit the above ststed cycle because its necessary to compet at that level. if your not planning on persuing a bodybuilding future then my advice is to gain some more weight naturally since you have already done a great job at it. in all honestly you look good but your nowere close to what it takes to compete at the next level and if thats your goal then keep training and eating correctly and hit the juice. good luck bro and your definatly on the right path

I am gonna do test, deca, and dbol.
Currently I am working on getting BF down a bit more, then a huge clean bulk.
Im sure I can use powders after workouts and such for quick absorption when needed, but I will try my best to do my macros using all whole food.
I will maintain my basic supps as I do now.
My only worry is that my current job "Business professional"
If my job drug tests me if there is a way to take something for 1 week to rid the stuff out off my system.
I know there is something called steroid cleanse, but I think its deca that stays in the body and even this product cant remove it.

167 1/2 this week 9.6% BF/ 25.0 BMI (6G CLA)
164.5 after cardio + bathroom
Upped cardio from 60 mins daily in am to 80 mins.
Also changed carb days by a few ounces.
not too bad. unless i misread, you're trying to cut down, then bulk? why not bulk for a while, then cut before the next show?
i think i understand what nark keeps saying, and i agree.
if you want to take the next step in BB i think its gonna take a serious look at your training, but good luck with it
