Here is what I do not get. Skull Crushers is an advanced exercise. Someone who knew what they were doing would not start a newb off with skull crushers they would start with a straight bar press down or a rope press down something basic. If in fact he was a newb a majority of the persons gains in the first 12 weeks is going to be from the neuro-adaptations in the muscle not hypertrophy which of course will happen.
