photo taken today. Thursday. end of the 1st half of my cycle. I have gained approx 10 pounds (192 lbs to 202 lbs) cleaned up the diet a ton, gotten stronger and "filled out" Starting Monday I will be switching from Test E to Test CYP for the sole reason of it's what I have on hand for the next 7 weeks.
Over the next 7 weeks I would like to focus on cutting while maintaining body mass. Can some one walk me through this process. Right now I do cardio M-F at a heart rate in the range of 120 to 135 BMP.

YEah, im not too sure bout changing test halfway through but oh well, almost the same thing. Id still start pct 2 weeks after last shot. Just read ur log and u did fill out and can see a big difference, good job bro! Im on week 3 day 6 of my first tet e cycle of 500mg for 12 weeks. Just like u at this point havent felt the kick yet but waitin for it. Lucky for me i always get 8 hrs sleep no prob everynight. Try some melatonin before bed, google it to find the right dose. Dont think u mentioned but where u shooting up at and what days are u shooting? Im shooting every 3.5 days at monday morning and thursday evening, works great! Been rotating my quads, shoulders, glutes, and pecs just for variety and to prep my muscles for my next cycle which will be short esters. Pecs r so easy, quads kill me though everytime!
i don't know about that switch of the test from E to Cyp what happend to the Test E i thought you were prepared to run a 12 week cycle

Cycle got cut short to 9 weeks started PCT on 8-15 normal shit there .. MAX weight on a test only cycle was 202.. today down to 192 (SAME STARTING WEIGHT) BUT more lean mass , less BF, way stronger.. I finished what I started I think.
I have some Prop on hand and some cyp getting worked on. I'll finish the PCT plus time on duration add a week or so and go back. PICS of me at the start of 192 and the pics on me at my new 192 in a bit
why did you cut it short? you were making obvious gains and lovin it (the Mrs., too).

Hey dude reading about your insomnia before you should plan to have something to take care of that before this next cycle. Hit up a shit load of valarium forte (natural herbal insomnia tablets) and some st johns wart (same stuff). I am a sufferer of sleeplessness and i use this combo allot. Two of each one hour before bed. If insomnia continues either sporadically take an ambien or a valium. Every other day though, for them. The herbs daily. Hope that helps...

I don't think, at 37, you should be starting steroids.
Too late. You're never going to compete, so why not save the money wasted on your blow-up/lose it all steroid cycles and invest your time into getting a proper diet and training regime going.
In my opinion you looked VERY average before and just average after.
That's my 2c worth after not posting here for 2 years, but I'm tired of all the me-too guys here who jump on the bandwagon and screw it all up.
Let's get going I started this cycle on sat afternoon. Took in 500mg of the cyp. Took another 500 on Monday afternoon. Call it a frontload of sorts. I have 40cc's on hand. Diet is good and clean. I am doing 30 to 40 min of cardio in the am on an empty stomach and hitting the weights in the afternoon.

I disagree. If he wants to use, let him go. Better at this age than at 17. Some people don't want to compete. Some people just want to push their limits and see what they are capable of. Everyone has different goals. If this makes him happy, so be it. Some people collect stamps, some people go skydiving, and some people just love to workout and push their body to the max. I think for his age, he looks way above average. I don't know what people you hang out with or know, but he is certainly WAY above average.

Oh I'm 38 actually. I will in this cycle for about 13 weeks. I have other posts on the board from when I cut down. Will link to those as well
Cyp started the kick in here week 3. Insomnia. Nuts shrunk. Great pumps. Body fat coming off quickly.
