I also do crossfit from time to time, but I'm always curious as to what lifting routine's actual fighters do.

I generally limit my MMA training while on cycle.

Like i said before, you can get hurt too easily. Ive only cycled after fights so i really dont need to train MMA while on. It just makes it easier. You have to make sure not to overtrain, and believe me its easy to do so...

I lift about 5 times a week. And roll about 4 times a week. Though i rarely ever spar with someone while im on.

IMO bro, 145lbs is too light to cycle for almost anyone. Not to mention at that weight, you should be around 7%BF not 11%.

That diet is so so. I really think this is youre problem. Between that and the lack of cardio training is probably why your BF% is not ideal.

Why dont you post that in the diet section and let me and some of the other guys help you out with it.

10lbs of muscle is doable without the use of AAS bro. If it turns out its not, then you can still pursue it at a later time.

Cheap? I'm spending a considerable amount of money on supplements, both hormonal and otherwise. Then there is the time you have to spend in the gym, planning a cycle, planning your Post-Cycle Recovery, and then managing a diet that works with the cycle. It’s a massive amount of time and money, and beyond that it requires a considerable amount of intellectual prowess to do the research and apply it. Ultimately this option is not “cheap”, it’s smart. I may live to see 100 years old if I am lucky, why in the hell would I want to waste twice the time to put on the lean mass I need to compete, thus cutting down the years I can compete. And where do you draw the line between a steroid and supplement, do you base your opinion on what your government says is legal? And which government would that be that is right on this one? Pro-Hormones are legal, yet actually more or less the same thing…do those count? If you knew anything at all about the sport you’d be able to do some math, some of your top contenders have a physique that isn’t humanly possible without some form of enhancement, and always have. You can limit your intake to all natural organic eggs if you want, but I’m going to stick with the latest advances in modern science, because I personally like to win.
